My experience at the cape at grand harbor was wonderful. Steven was very welcoming and helpful. Liset and Jillian were also very sweet and knowledgeable. Amazing staff overall, and very attentive.

My husband and I were looking for an apartment until we got here and met Lisset, she was super friendly and explained everything to us with great patience to the point that we are just waiting for the day to come to move in. We loved this apartment complex.

We are really enjoying living at The Cape at Grand Harbor. The location is great. The apartment itself is wonderful. The office staff are friendly and knowledgeable especially Steven King. He has made the leasing and move in process smooth and fast.

The staff here have gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They have all been extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. Big shout out to Cristal and Stephen who I have had the pleasure of visiting with by phone and in person on several occasions. I have had special requests or questions pop up and they were more than willing to help get me all taken care of. The maintenance staff has been prompt and courteous as well. I've been here about a month now, and the grounds are very well kept and the amenities are wonderful. They do community functions as well so you get to know your neighbors, I wasn't able to attend yet, but I am really looking forward to that in the future. From what I am seeing so far the tenants are all very friendly and it is a great family community. Coming from owning my own home, I was very apprehensive about apartment living, but I will say I am so delighted to call the Cape At Grand Harbor home now!

I've been here for 4 months so far on a 5 month lease and it's been great! Best apartment complex I've been in so far. Management is actually great?? Every time I've had to go up and talk to them or get something fixed it's been so easy and chill and quick. They aren't stuck up, weird, or corporate feeling. It feels like they just hang out in there and get stuff done. Very chill and efficient people. It seems like they actually get along with each other which is refreshing. I've been to a lot of apartments where the staff were catty with each other and it made it awkward to go to the office. This place is definitely not like that at all.
Maintenance is also great. I had an issue with the AC and some guy came out pretty much on the spot after I sent in the maintenance request. It was like, pretty dang late at night too. He even followed up a few days later.
This is the first apartment with trash service I've ever had that ACTUALLY delivers on their promise. It's been AMAZING. Which is great because although I have a corner apartment near a dumpster, I work 12 hours a day and it's nice that I don't HAVE to haul trash out all the time.
The pool is actually well maintained. The gates actually have been working the entire time I've been here. Internet being included in the lease has been the best thing ever for me because I travel with work and ISP's don't like short term contracts. You get a private wifi router in your apartment that's already setup and ready to go day 1. I enjoyed that.
There's a lot of kids in the complex that ride around on scooters, but what's awesome is that the office staff really watches out for them and keeps them in line and safe. I'll see them walking around and kinda checking in on the kids. It's been the least destructive environment with middle school kids I've ever lived in and they really don't get too rowdy. Haven't dealt with any "weirdos" in the complex either. Everyone seems really normal and nice. They keep it really clean and I haven't stepped on dog poop yet.
Close to a nice park within safe walking distance to jog and do calisthenics at. There is also a mall, water park, gas station, Papa Johns, Italian coffee place, Wal Mart, a Pickle Ball place, and kolache place within safe walking distance. And there's a nice lemonade stand nearby with acai and mangonadas.
10/10 would recommend. Love it. And the price is right.
