I am confused: how do you guys sell anything at this location with these working hours - from 10am to 6pm? You must be making most of the revenue on non-working women (who mostly come to browse) or online because working women can't make it to your store during the week even if they want to. One could say "buy online", but I am not the one willing to go through the return process if something doesn't fit and neither would I have time to do it due to, again, limited store working hours. Please consider extending the hours to at least 7pm for the weekdays.

The manager and all sales women are rude and condescending. They make a mistake and want to “end the conversation” and make the customer look like the bad one. NEVER AGAIN

Like most of the reviews. The EMPLOYEE who has been in this store for decades, hasn't gained customer service etiquette. I usually shop on line, but definitely need to return stuff in person to the store. And She doesn't like when people come to return items, she looks at you with the tip of her nose. I asked to check for different sizefor one of my items, the first answer " sorry we don't have it in store" I said I am asking you to check online and ship it home to me. Then she started doing her job.This store has a reputation for being discriminative and selective which is very true.

Just wow. The staff here is incredibly rude! They were so rude to my mom and I. The manager kept rushing her out the fitting room. And when my mom asked for a plastic bag to put an item in the manager rudely told her no. Another worker gave my mom one. Horrible go to to different one !!!!

Nice clothes as always, but the employee who checked me out was either Traci or Sandra. It’s the taller one who’s very rude and negative. I will probably not go back to this location.

Extremely rude old lady at cashier! She yelled at my kid which she scared her. Ruined our shopping mood. If you dont like your job, just don’t do it. They don’t pay you to ruin their name brand’s reputation. You're the representative of the brand and what you are doing is “telling the customers not to shop at your employer’s store.”

The staffs are very unfriendly and rude , not welcomed the customers, they acts like they owed the store and if you don’t buy, they will give you an attitude and they are very discriminated. If you want to be mistreated, you can come to this store, not me.

I absolutely loved my experience in this store. I actually was about to walk out, I lost a lost of weight recently and shopping makes me nervous, but one of the ladies who works there noticed me. Her name is Erika Saunders and she was AMAZING. Kind isn't enough to describe her, when she realised why I was about to walk out she was entirely encouraging and understanding. She found me pieces that I enjoyed, catered to my needs and made me feel confident. I'll definitely be back. I now have dresses that are not only beautiful but fit me like a glove! Highly recommend the store and this experience. Thank you Erika!! You're awesome!!
