I find it preposterous that this store is open, every single time there is a storm and the electricity is out, there are employees sitting in a hot, empty store…for what!!!! This company clearly does not care about their employees, and it’s very sad. I literally just went to the store on Morton today July 6th 2024 at 9:00 pm to get a cup of ice and noticed that the store was completely dark with the exception of a few back of lights inside of the store and two employees are sitting in this super hot store with the doors propped open to get a little airflow!!! Like why are you guys still open? There is no electricity, they can’t sell anything, it’s not like you’re losing less money by keeping it open!! SHAME ON YOU 7Eleven!!! Way to prioritize the health and well-being of your employees!! if I could give zero stars, I would!! to be clear the low score isn’t because of the customer service, the folks that I see every morning and evening are phenomenal. It’s because 7-Eleven doesn’t consider their employees valuable enough to allow them to go home on a stormy day in which they can’t even operate properly, and the fact that there is no AC, it is hot in there!!!.

wasted my lunch break waiting to order some tacos. Seemed like everyone was having a good time chit chatting, hugging, smiling and taking pictures with one another though.

Variety of products inside the store. Clean venue. Gas is not too expensive per gallon. Lines move quickly at the cash register.

This is a very nice clean store.Everybody is caring and professional and very helpful.The store has really changed since the Manager Jared rearrange the inside of the store.Now when you are eating those delicious tacos you can look out the window to see what is going on outside.Jared is such a hard worker we saw him taking a bunch of trash bags to the dumpster. He is always checking around the store to see that everything is running smoothly. Restrooms are clean. So happy Jared is keep the store above standards.

This is BY FAR the best 7 Eleven I’ve been too in the Katy area. I am greeted well every time I walk in. The store manager, Jared, makes sure he speaks to all of his customers to ensure they find everything they need!! Great store!!

This place is the trashiest laredo taco company. There’s never cups stocked up the cooks are lazy. Trash everywhere the restrooms are dirty.

Nastiest 7/11 I’ve been too lol as soon as you walk in it smelled like a dumper the fountain drink counter had lids all over the floor trash and spilled drinks all over it was a mess

Do not ever go here, worst 7/eleven in the area. Everything about this place is just wrong. Food is never available, beer is always hot, system is always mysteriously down and only accepting cash. Everything almost as if it's done on purpose so the employees can do little as possible. Worst gas station ever.
