I had to call Striker Plumber out very late in a Saturday evening for an overflowing toilet. They were out within an hour as promised and took care of the problem almost immediately. First time I had used this company and put them at the top of my list for the next time I use a plumber. They are very professional and courteous.

Had a fantastic experience with this company . Started with a toilet repair and then asked them to replace my water heater. It was done, with good quality products, workspace was left clean, they showed up on time and followed through to the approval of inspection. Professional....Prices were very fair and the work was great. highly recommended Striker Plumber .

I highly recommend Striker Plumber in Katy. He came to fix a running toilet on a holiday weekend and was super helpful. Luckily he had the necessary replacement parts on hand because hardware stores were closed for the holiday. plumber was patient during the many obstacles of what should have been a less complicated job- the water shutoff at the fixture was stuck so we had to find a ladder with no super in the building and check a bunch of access panels for the water main shutoff.

I have used Striker Plumber several times and they are outstanding. Very timely, great rates, and wonderful service. We called to have a bathroom Drain Cleaning Services and they were out to our house the next day , This company provide big offers to this services , Highly recommended them .

Our office will never send another script to this pharmacy. I’ve had more than one patient call our office with major issues with this pharmacy and their scripts, including, but not limited to: staff hanging up on them, staff having attitudes, staff not returning phone calls or even picking up the phone during regular hours, and in one case, the pharmacy charged our patient’s account, sent out the medications, and then retracted it with promises that it’ll be resent, which it never was. As a doctor’s office that sends many scripts daily, this pharmacy in particular has been extremely difficult with whom to do business. I do not recommend.

This is the WORST pharmacy ever. They do not answer the phone or return phone messages. I spoke with Linda (FINALLY) last week and she said they would call Monday for payment information to ship my medication. Why couldn’t they do it then when we were on the phone? Now it’s several days into the week and there’s no call, no one answers, nor return any phone calls. When you do get someone to finally pick up the phone, you’re greeting with major attitudes, and can even hear them talking about you, the patient, in the background. I was referred to as “the guy from last week” between the two of them, which means they were well aware of the calls and messages left, but opted not to provide me with great customer service and call me back. Had I have not called them, 5 days later, would they have even called? They were obviously aware of messages as I was referred to “the guy from last week”. The pharmacist was the rudest, unapologetic person I’ve ever encountered, and I deserve to be called something more than “the guy from last week” whom never got a call back. Shameful.

This pharmacy has given me the absolute worst service I have ever had. The pharmacist Linda, or at least that was the name given, has lied, tried to change her story, and even hung up on me quoting “you can call the manager”. They never answer the phone, or return phone messages. I will no longer be doing business with this pharmacy.

One of the sweetest pharmacist I have ever encountered. Very informative and caring. Got my JnJ vaccine with her and everything went super smooth and fast. The pharmacy is very nice, clean and open layout. If you are tired of being treated like a cattle at the other big box pharmacies then look no further!

Striker Pharmacy charged me $12.99 plus tax for a kn95 mask during the coronavirus pandemic. GOUGERS. When kn95 masks are available everywhere, Home Depot sells a pack of 20 masks for $14.99 or $.61 per mask. Way to go charging over 2029% markup on masks.
