Nov 2023 - Moving Day. We chose this place after our disappointment with Public Storage. We were only stopping in to ask questions. However, Shay did such a great job with answers, explanations, and tour. We went "All In" with CubeSmart. This place is so much better than Public Storage. We got the same size locker (10×20) with a higher ceiling, lights in the locker, with two different size trolleys, and best of all, it's half the cost. You heard thst right, HALF THE PRICE!!. So our initial experience is outstanding.??

Ben was the absolute BEST! I had multiple questions about what unit size would work best for me. Not only was he patient…he NEVER had an issue walking around multiple times showing me different unit sizes. He was very friendly and personable. If all places of employment would hire Ben’s…the world would be a better place lol

Had something spill in our unit and the young gentleman, Ben, immediately saw it and came over to ask if he could help. Dropped what he was doing and helped us clean it up without hesitation. Thank you Ben for taking service seriously. Service at its best.

BEN was the best ! He made sure my son got his storage unit for the correct size needed and Ben was very detail oriented with the instructions on what to expect and how to access the building going forward.Excellent customer service from BEN !!!!!!

The sucess of any business is based on how above and beyond, their employees are willing to go to answer questions, to clarify doubts and to make a costumer feel good about a decision their are making about renting in your storage place.Ben, goes all the way to provide the best service possible, and makes everyone feel like a million bucks. I ended up renting an unit based on Ben’s recomendations and could not be any happier that I am now! Ben you deserve everything good life has for you!

I have been renting a unit for several years even before cubesmart took over. Rates are reasonable the facility is very clean and well maintained. Ben and the staff are very friendly and available. I can highly recommend Cubesmart and their management team!

I was looking for a storage space, which is secure, clean and has good road access. Ended up at CubeSmart, 25595 Westheimer Pkwy, Katy 77494 and it was a great experience. At the reception I met Ben who is an amazing guy, very polite and super helpful. He showed me the facility and patiently answered all my questions. I reached out to Ben couple of times and everytime he guided me well. If you are looking for a storage facility in this area, just go to CubeSmart and meet Ben and you are sorted!

Extremely smooth experience from reservation to move in. The app is brilliant for remotely opening the gate. The property is secure and clean. There was even a handy welcome kit in our unit when we arrived. Highly recommended
