We have been with Matt Schomburg - State Farm Insurance Agency since he first started/opened his agency/office.(we were previous Laxman Kurati client). Since that day until now - up to the present, his agency continues to treat and help us the same way. Hassle free, trustworthy and most importantly they truly care. We are grateful that they introduced to us about adding special endorsements coverage in addition to our homeowners policy. We trust their agency that we took their advice to get one. Later did we know that we will be able to use it and help up with our AC replacement and Underground electrical wiring repair and saved us a lot of headaches and money. Shout out to Paige, who is always patient and helpful to speed up the process of our claims. Everyone in their office are actually professional, helpful and caring. Insurance is becoming a nightmare, no matter the provider. Rates are climbing and policies cancelled. Matt is an excellent agent in a giant company that is struggling with inflationary cost. His team was able to alleviate my issues and keep our coverages and policies within reason. I have shopped around and Matt's crew still provided the best rates with equal coverages. If you want your rates to be changed without communication after they get your business, by all means go with this agent. If you want to be disrespected, by all means go with with them. My experience over the phone today dealing with Kristin in particular was nothing short of distasteful. We will definitely be shopping for a new provider for both home and auto insurance. No customer deserves the treatment I got today.
