Everyone there is so incredible. They always made you feel welcome and at home, while making the physical therapy challenging and engaging. Their focus on your recovery is amazing. If I ever get another injury I'll definitely be going back and I'm recommending them to anyone I know who needs therapy.

All the staff are incredible! I recommend Star Therapy to everyone I know that requires physical therapy. I don’t want my sessions to end! I know that I have progressed has improved dramatically! I truly love everyone at Star!

My experience started fine, but after a certain amount of appointments the receptionist said she needed to verify with my insurance to get more appointments. After almost a month I never heard anything so I call and she lies and says she actually called me then she says she actually didn’t call me. But she took so long to call me that my new appointments had expired and she had to call the insurance again. She never called me back and that was months ago. Now recently they are hounding me about a bill. The therapists are great but the staff is unprofessional and not timely.

Star Therapy on Kingsland is great! Both Andrew and Ethan are knowledgeable, personable, kind, and caring. They listen, pay attention to details, and come up with the best treatment plan that really works for you. I have done PT twice at Star, once for a car accident and most recently to aid in recovery after surgery. I would recommend Star Therapy for anyone needing physical therapy!

My experience at Star Therapy on Kingsland has been exceptional. they were able to see me the day I called after being released to start therapy onknee surgery. the other 3 places I phoned could not see me for two weeks.The therapists are great and experienced and the office personnel wastotally helpful with my situation and everything has gone perfectly withthem all. I highly recommend this location and these dedicated staff.

Fantastic! I am not an easy client, but Andrew and the team have been patient, informative, and effective and helping me overcome SI Joint pain. I highly recommend these guys. I have even suggested my mother use them after her next procedure.They explain how the insurance system works when I have questions. They explain why one stretch or exercise is good or bad... after my obsessive google searches. They offer suggestions and encouragement when needed. I feel like they care about my personal recovery, not just the money they can get from my insurance.Highly recommend these guys.

My husband was seen at Star Therapy after a back surgery. We called and went in person to the facility and we were told by the receptionist Elizabeth and Andrew the Physical Therapist that Star Therapy had a "special negotiated rate" with Cigna with a lower copay than other Physical Therapy facilities while also providing high quality therapy. We trusted Star Therapy but that was a big mistake. Star Therapy called our insurance and verified our copay, according to Star the copay would be $30 due to the "special negotiated rate" with Cigna. Now Star is stating that its $60 and my husband has a balance of $330. Yet they were charging $30 for every visit my husband was seen. The $330 bill was given to us after my husband stopped going to star due to the lack of concern for his progress, not having one on one sessions and a very aggressive session which caused horrible sciatic pain. My husband spoke to Andrew over the phone and he assured him that the bill would be corrected. Well Andrew never followed up, instead he had Michelle from billing call and BULLY us for $330, who threaten to send to collections. There is clearly an overwhelming lack of concern from Star Therapy for patients. We feel like Star Therapy took advantage of us to get our business.

Excellent personalized care was provided by knowledgeable and encouraging staff at the Katy Kingsland location. I am not only pain free, but have improved physical appearance due to flexibility and strength allowing normal posture that was previously impossible. I am truly grateful to these guys that have made a real difference in my life!

I highly reccomend this group is AMAZING, Andrew and Ethan are fantastic they take the time to explain everything in great details and make sure your doing each exercise correctly. i was completely discouraged before I started with them that I wouldn't have full motion back in my neck post surgery from ACDF but I've came along way in 3 short weeks.. Thanks guys for all your patience and hard work.

Dishonest Facility! My husband was seen here after a back surgery. I have been to many PT facilities in Katy over the years and this is by far the best one. Small and very personal one on one service. Andrew and Ethan are so knowledgeable and have helped me so much. I would highly recommend this facility.

I am one year post knee replacement surgery. Best decision I ever made was to do my physical therapy at Star, Katy, Texas. Dr. Andrew (yes, he has his doctorate in Physical therapy) is absolutely a skilled, experienced, gifted therapist. He encourages and motivates, listens, supports and educates throughout the therapy process. Dr. Ethan and Stewart are part of this amazing care team. Each and every one of them was dedicated and determined not only to get me walking again, but to return me to my prior level of workouts and activities. They did! My orthopedic surgeon was truly impressed with my progress - as was I. I owe my functional level of independence to them. My surgeon is gifted but the rehab after surgery is critical. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Grateful -
