Tmobile employees... They have sold tablets to me twice and twice they have put me in the wrong plans... later you get a huge bill and when you call costumer service they claim they can't help you ir that the promotions don't apply because they didn't do their job right and did not put you on the right plans.... BE CAREFUL

Celeste at the T-mobile off 20220 Katy Frwy is awesome, helpful and patient to make sure she answered all your questions to your satisfaction.She did mention other perks that most qualify for and was very knowledgeable and very courteous, sweet and professional.This is the first review I've ever given in my 60+ years. KUDOS to Celeste!!

Was told I couldn’t upgrade a line. Got on chat with t-mobile in the app & within 15 minutes I was able to upgrade. Feels like they simply didn’t want to do the work.

I have visited this location twice. First I was assisted by Michaela L and today by Jonathan G and I can literally guarantee the customer service is consist and I will not be attending another store unless it is an extreme emergency! Thank you all for everything and ill be back for a new purchase for the holiday.

T-mobile is great. Matthew put the myths to bed from social media spreading false information. He answered all my questions, in order, promptly, and super Courteously. He deserves a raise at this location. Thanks again Matt!!!!

Upgraded phone last month, customer sales rep Stephen misrepresented the rebate price for trade-in to get the sale. Told me that part of rebate would be added to down-payment and rest would show on my account after all the adjustments were made. Just got off phone with corporate customer service trying to understand what happened to my rebate to find out the rebate is not what I was quoted at the store by the rep at time of upgrade. T-mobile customer service has gone down hill in recent years, and the practices at this location showcase the worse of it. Do not use this location. Double check any rebate quotes with corporate customer service. Don't get lied too and screwed over like I did.Update 10/31: Emailed the store as requested in the response the same night as received. Have yet to get a response from that email.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Michaela at T-Mobile, and I must say she is exceptional at her job. Not only is she knowledgeable, but her friendly and patient demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable. She took the time to show us various iPhone cases, helping us find the perfect one. Michaela's outstanding customer service truly sets her apart.

This shouldn’t be called customer care, it must be called customer annoyance. They are a punch of useless associates wearing black and pink shirts. Any single problem that can be solved in ATT or Verizon in 5 minutes, takes 2 hours from them. They don’t help at all, don’t solve the problems and even don’t spend some effort to call the T Mobil service, they ask the customers to call the company and solve the issue with themselves. It is better to close this store and replace those people with robots, so they can behave better and solve the problems. On top of all of that they don’t know the promotions and sometimes they offer fake promotions, which you will not get ever. This is the worst experience for customers in the US. I am switching to ATT, once I finish my lease in 2025.

If you planing to move to t-mobile - get ready to the worst customer service ever. DJ was very professional and very patient and helped me quite a bit always go see here when u are Tmobile
