They have been stealing from my family and I. Evelyn have been charging us extra qe get a kid hair cut and she charges us for triple play. We never get shampoo or anything like that . Evelyn is very rude. She chage the price based on her mood etc. The only thing we get is a kid haircut. We have been waiting for a call from owner to resolve and no call back.

The prices changes based on mood apparently only 1 person knows how to cut my son hair if I book with her she she is so inconsistent with what she charges if my husband book she never charges him extra. Some nonsense about triple play this is a scam and she by the way was very rude!!
Edit: The owner responding talking about shampoo I said nothing in regards to shampoo and Evelyn never gave my son a shampoo these folks are a joke. Like did you not read what I said and the issues?!

Evelyn has cut me and my son’s hair for years. I used to pick first available but then I landed randomly on her and have been happy to wait for her services ever since.
She is really good — attentive, thorough, and consistent. She’s professional and friendly and I totally recommend. Never felt rushed and I appreciated that she took pride in her work.
Even after I shaved my head I still occasionally let it grow out so that I can go back and have her shave it, clean up my beard, etc.
Like a good mechanic, I’d follow her wherever she goes in the future.

Don't go here no one knows how to cut hair.Evelyn the main stylist is very rude it's not the customers fault ? no one there knows how to cut hair. Her mood is based on the day. This is customer service. Just as much as her mood changing her prices changes depends on her mood. Your employer should give you a raise or hire stylist that knows how to cut hair. 0 stars really!

I've been coming here periodically for almost 3-4 years and took a break after moving homes. I recently moved back and went to get a haircut, but I was not pleased with the results. The store is usually hit or miss, but most of the time, I was fairly happy. The recent haircut I got, however, was definitely not up to par with past haircuts I've gotten from this same location, and I felt I needed to voice my opinion. I asked for a mid taper and to thin and trim the top. What I got was an uneven lineup and a patchy taper with what seams to be a side part on top. I had no problems with the hairstylist character, but coming home and closely looking at my hair, I started to notice all the flaws. Although I should’ve voiced my opinion before leaving the store so it could maybe be fixed, ultimately I felt that too much hair was taken off to achieve the specific look I was going for.
EDIT: After being reached out to through email, the Sports Clips team helped me find another stylist with whom I was really satisfied. I came in for another haircut and was welcomed by Paige. She was very understanding, and I felt I could tell her exactly what I wanted and discuss the issues I have with my hair in general. I appreciated how she took her time to make sure my hair was done right. At the end, she gave me suggestions for styling my hair. All in all, the experience I've gained from coming back to this location was great, both in how quickly the team reached out to me and the great experience Paige provided :)

Zero stars. Today, I set an appointment and had a 34 min wait time. I was waiting in my car, and at the 8 minute mark, my wait time was pushed back another 31 minutes. I walked in and asked why, but I saw that they gave my slot to another customer who just walked in. If they don't value my time, then they don't value me as a customer. Too bad because I've been going there for the past 9 years and now I need to find a new place. Smh

Checked in online and was next on deck. Just to be clear I was next and when my name was called I got up. She began talking to another customer and then just told me sorry. No explanation. My name was next on the list and with a strike of a keystroke she put another customer ahead of me and just said sorry. The only difference I can see is that I am Mexican and the other customer is white. Spoke to manager and tried her best to make an excuse but in the end just said yeah sorry you should have been next not sure why she changed it. I will never get my haircut here. Don't have time for this nonsense! *** sorry Joe.. hey Jon come with me.*** As I am standing right in front of her and Jon is sitting down. My name is on the board and I am next. No explanation or reason. what type of simple mistake is this? Really? Is that the best you can do?

I was attended by a Hispanic hairdresser named Daisy and I was fascinated with the professionalism and experience that this lady has, apart from the good attitude she has towards customer service, they had never before given me such good and excellent service. I recommend her.
