I have found it to be a great place to live. I moved in mid August 2023. I am a cancer survivor and I have found the community programs of exercise have helped me build back. The staff is great! Cathy assisted my move in by coordinating gathering some furniture. Many residents donated unneeded items, which was a help to me. There is a very good communications and immediate action on maintenance issues. I can personally say I have at least 50 new friends as a result of living here. Making new friends is a good way to not just sit around in your apartment waiting for something to do. There is always something.It is like a bunch of cousins that are all grandparents. lots of opinions but always with love.

I moved into Solea late October 2023From my first impression meeting Cody and Kathy I knew this place was special as I had spent two weeks many hours driving around Katy visiting many apartments.I landed here and my experience has been nothing short of amazing, the people are friendly it’s extremely well maintained and easy commute to everything and everywhere I wish to goMaintenance team is awesomeIf there is an issue with some maintenance I need I just drop off work order in the am and it’s done by three pm

I have lived here at Solea Cinco ranch for 2 years. Unfortunately I have to move . I have nothing but good things to report .Since Cody and Kathy came on board things are perfect. They have taken care of much needed maintenance , up keep ,and Aesthetics. I appreciate Cody ( manger) he is always available , so kind , and really cares about the residents . Kathy is fairly new , but she fit right in. She is always smiling , helpful , and takes care of business. This is a great place to live I recommend solea cinco ranch to any one 55 and over that wants a stress free living experience at a resort like environment. I’m having my first grand child so I’ll be moving closer to my daughter. However, I would have renewed my lease for the second time if I did not have to move? top notch Solea

It is unfortunate that they keep increasing the rates. The majority of their tenants are on a fixed income and can't afford an increase. The complex is gorgeous and the residents are wonderful but the corporate greed is out of control.

We have lived at Solea Cinco Ranch for 3 years and are extremely pleased with all aspects of our experience here. The manager and staff are very attentive to the needs of the residents, and do everything possible to make us feel like we are part of a community. The facilities are modern and attractive, and offer a great environment for 55+ adult living. There is a large variety of activities & entertainment, and residents are encouraged to participate. We have made a lot close friends and enjoy the many opportunities to socialize.Solea is a great place to live and we highly recommend it!
