We, my husband and I, loved our experience with a knowledgeable soft salesman, Hamza. He gets a 10 in our book. The delivery/ installers were fantastic as well. The entire process was smooth and we are so happy. I highly recommend this company for anyone in the market for a new bed.I would like to add that UPS gets a zero for the torn up mess they dropped off with our sheets and pillows.However, due to the great packaging Sleep Number used to ship our accessories everything arrived in the best shape possible.Thank you Hamza!!!!

Bought my Sleep Number at West University store. I have had my Mattress for 6 weeks. So far, it has been excellent! I am Sleeping so much better on this mattress and no more backaches! Delivery went smoothly and was within the time window. Delivery men were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Purchased a $1600+ dinner table at this location.Because of an incompetent sales associate named “PAOLA” mentioned us that we were going to be able to pick up the table same day at the warehouse located on Katy, TX.Transaction went through and we were sent to 26 miles away to pick up table, when arrived at warehouse, they said that no pick up was available on that day and to come back next day after wasting gas, taking our time and expectations also being re assured by “PAOLA” that the item was ready for pickup and that she already notated the order in the system.The item was never available for pick up and warehouse agent said that they could not do anything.Intended to call back several times by warehouse agent at Katy and phone was never answered.I then decided to go by person and a very RUDE DISRESPECTFUL so called manager “KAT” said that a credit would be given if paid more for an additional delivery fee.She was nasty, racist because of my out of state driver’s license, she even asked what I was even doing in Texas.Felt disrespected, this is the worst experience I’ve ever had to deal with any business ever.Because of her attitude, felt abused, and decided to cancel the order right away, I requested a corporate phone number and her full name which I was obviously not given.I wasted all day long on this, because of unskillful, inexpert associate at first, having to waste my gas my time, my day, having to deal with Xenophobe employees like the so called “ manager”. It became the worst customer experience ever in my life.Hope actions are taken by Human Resources, PAOLA and KAT must be fired right away.They should pay more attention into the hiring process of this kind of employees, scenarios like these should never happen.Not only roomstogo lost a $1500 dollar purchase but rest assured I will post into every single social media to relay the type of low quality employees and service you offer.NOT RECOMMENDED!!!NEVER AGAIN..
