I took my sister to Skechers to buy her a pair of shoes for her birthday. The people who worked there were friendly and helpful. It didn’t take long for her to find the perfect pair of shoes. The price was very good and she was very happy with the shoes.

Overall Customer service is good, but a girl as cashier’s service is excellent. She was super helpful and friendly with my kids.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!
Super bad service, the guy with glasses treated me HORRIBLE, the shoes marked one price and at the checkout they gave me a completely different one, the shoe had the price tag attached!!! And the boy at the till ripped it off and made me look crazy!!! The boy and the manager just laughed and talked to each other. I will NEVER return to this store.

My friend and I recently had the pleasure of shopping at the Skechers store in Katy Mills and I have to give a huge shoutout to Gabriel and Jhenny for providing absolutely outstanding service. From the moment we walked in, they both incredibly welcoming and friendly. Both were genuinely enthusiastic about helping me find the perfect pair of shoes. Thanks to both.

Today they treated me very BADly. I have been buying in this store for years and I love their footwear and the attention. BUT today it was not like that. I recommend that you take good care of your customers in Special The One Today that you learn and have a good disposition.. Because if you took care of my illness, you can continue to do so.. I even get the Invoice that lacks Respect.. and on top of that I am left with a Credit of $5 and I won't let me take anything else and pay the Difference. What a bad time today...
