I called asking if they had a shirt in stock and I got a rude sigh through the phone and a conversation filled with attitude by an employee named Jay. I also work in retail, so I made sure to have everything prepared such as an item number and the size i needed to make his job as easy as possible. He said they had the shirt in stock and I asked him if he could hold it for me. He said yes ask for Jay when you get here then hung up. Not leaving me a chance to say thank you and goodbye. After driving all the way to the mall, I patiently wait for service at the register. A girl comes up to me and asks me how can I help you and I tell her I have a shirt that’s being held for me by Jay. She looks on all the counters that are congested by piles of clothes and asks him where the shirt is. Turns out he never held the shirt for me and starts pulling a bunch of random shirts asking me if this is the shirt I wanted. As he’s doing this, he’s referring to me as “mama”. He goes and checks the back and comes out and says “unfortunately mama we don’t have the shirt” I asked him why he didn’t make sure they actually had the shirt in stock when I originally called and his response was nothing but attitude and excuses. and I can say this again, because I myself am a retail worker. I politely ask for a manager because this type of service at the store I work at would never be acceptable. if we ever inconvenience our guests, we make sure to make up for it. He replies with I’m the manager here and laughs. Jay and I argued in front of the whole store. Every customer in that establishment was staring at not only an employee but someone who claims to be a Manager there. I cannot fathom how that is acceptable for him to do in his work environment and how he is a manager what type of example is he setting for his staff? I’m usually never one to argue or to cause a scene but if he did not have such a bad attitude from the beginning to end and make it very noticeable, he did not want to be there to do his job I would have been more understanding. He made it seem like I was inconveniencing him when he was the one who originally inconvenienced me by saying they had an item in stock when they did not. The female workers very kind it’s very unfortunate they have someone like Jay being their example.

Do the store managers of this location even READ the reviews others have left?? I too was totally disappointed in the lack of customer service , nonetheless any type of hospitable sort of behavior coming from neither sales lady and slaes man. I did buy one pair of shoes from there just cuz my daughter wanted them, but to be honest the associates need serous training and I blame the STORE manager for their lack of skills, esp hiring people who don’t know how to sell!

Bad customer service, asked 3 employees if they can help me with finding out which store has the size I’m looking for, all of them talking to each other and all what they can say, we don’t know!!!

Didnt have any of the sizes and the employee acted like he didnt even wanna be there.....very sad I have 4 kids and was gonna spend some good money on shoes for them

I went into shoe palace and the customer service was horrible no one spoke or asked if I needed help I walked around for five minutes I was ready to spend money but I guess they didn’t want it. Plus the employees just talking among themselves and no one was helping the customers unless the customer ask ask them for a certain product

Bought my shoes here that I never heard of(Cloudtec). They have a wide variety of shoes and the service was good.

Went in to exchange a pair of tennis shoes. Music was so loud I couldn’t hear myself think. Staff was attentive and helpful, so no issues there. But again, they really need to turn the volume down on the beats. It was outrageously loud.
