We stopped at this store today. We needed to buy primer and some paint, and we asked one of the sales reps what was the difference between the product that we had chosen and the others that were displayed; he answered with these exact words “Read the cans and whatever its say that is what it is”
Also, we notice that the price of the products is higher than in other locations here in Katy.

SORRY I WENT TO THAT STORE : Very poor experience this last weekend.Friday i went to the store,3 mns from where i worked to have a color match to finish a job that day,very different and horrible match. I went back on Saturday to have the color fix but the skinny and tall guy at 9 o clóck shift said is going to help and start giving me attitud ,making me to believe that i didn't know much about paint when i think he does not have more than 3 months in this "JOB " (i been in this business for more than 30 yrs)and every time i tried to say something he just interrupted me with ; sure,what ever,right etc in front of other customers.I never talk back wrong or sarcastic.at the end of all that,the color match didnt work,not even close for what i had or need.I had to apologized with my customer for such of fiasco with the paint.next time Home Depot will be the answer.i guess this "kid needs to have better way to talk to customers".
PS:he added more paint to fix the color and he didn't put the new color formula on the sticker..

Absolutely a waste of time and money. Can't tint paint correctly (they're all slightly different -- it's supposed to be EXACT). Can't get chatty customers out the door even when it's packed. They charge your account before you approve and don't even know what credit card they billed it to or how much it was, and they think YOU are weird for asking because they don't understand how paying for things works (I wonder why). Website mysteriously won't take credit cards during a huge sale.
They really need adults working at the counter. I'm getting the rest of my paint at Home Depot after I get a refund.

This Sherwin Williams sucks now! I have came here for all my projects at home and the staff was super friendly. Then it was like they stop caring about service and hired trash employees with attitudes. I won't be coming back and recommend anyone to not come here unless you want Walmart service. The sad part is the employees walking around with air pods on and you seem to bother them when asking for help. I really enjoyed how nice the staff used to be here.

Patrick was so very helpful. I have been to several stores and by far he has been the most personable, genuine and hard working individual that I have met at a Sherwin-Williams store. I’m not sure if he was a Manager or not but he definitely has the skillset for that position. He was very thorough in answering questions and getting me the paint that I needed. I had my antsy two year old with me and he made sure she was entertained so that I could focus on the items that I needed to buy. I will definitely be going out of my way to go to this store because of his level of customer service.

Great experience at this location!! Patrick and Kacie both helped me out a ton, answered all my questions, gave great advice, knowledgeable and friendly service!! I'll definitely be coming back for all my painting needs!! They had a good selection of paints and other materials!! Thank yall for a great experience here!!
