Zero stars Visiting this location today at 5:40 pm The restaurant was dirty and uninviting The guy working the window walked to the register, never spoke let alone welcomed me to Wendy's . He touched two registers walked away and spoke to two females. Walked back to the register and stood in front of me with an attitude. I stated I wanted to place an order and he said "whatever". Needless to say I didn't place an order. This establishment had one customer inside and people sitting in the parking lot. Wonder how long will this place remain open?

Evening of 10/26 I came through the drive thru at 11:55 pm and was told "it's closed". When I confirmed that the store advertises that it closes at 12 am they responded, "it's 11:55 so it's basically 12, it's closed." Laughable service.

SLOOOOW. This Wendy's has NEVER gotten it together. I came in and ordered a breakfast sandwich and French Toast sticks. Be prepared to wait for 15 minutes to get what they forget to give you. I wasn't given Syrup (which you never have to ask for with French Toast) or Jelly, so I went up to the counter to ask for them and proceeded to wait 15 minutes before any of them acknowledged me. In that time, 3 customers came in and also waited at the register without anyone taking their order. The first person left after waiting so long, and the other 2 (a couple) were finally spoken to shortly after she left (but they ended up leaving too LOL). Only thing nice about this visit is this new guy working here who made conversation with me while I ordered, and gave me a free drink. OMG JUST NOW WHILE WRITING THIS a woman YELLED at them to give her her fries that they left out of her order, because she was standing at the counter being ignored forever just like I was!!! ANOTHER THING, 3 months ago they didn't give me my debit card back (it was a teenage Hispanic dude with curly hair and glasses, and a black guy with glasses who acted like he didn't wanna be there) so I went back the next day when I realized it was gone and they had it in a drawer for me. Thought everything was fine, but then the next week I got a notification from my bank that someone tried to use my card for an over $1,000 online Walmart purchase (it was declined luckily) so I had to replace my card. This location can kindly ROT to the ground, such a sorry excuse of a place! I've seen way too much bad service here and I'm done.

Food service is horrible. There is a new manager that gets irritated with everything you ask him to do. I used to work there and he does things differently. We asked him to remake our fries and he snatched them out of my hand and rolled his eyes. Then he put our biggie bags together when they are supposed to be in separate bags. We also found hair in our food. There is a girl with long hair who always has her hair out. If your thinking about getting a job here...DONT! -0/10 do not recommend.

Ordered a grilled chicken Cobb Salad with Ranch dressing. I only received the salad without the chicken and without the dressing. I never received my receipt either. I would say I will start asking for it, but I won't be visiting this business ever again.

one of the worst breakfast that i ever had. Bad service and the worst costumer service ever, the lemonade was just water and the bacon was cold. Btw this for the girl with the blue shirt who took my order, if you don't gonna treat good your costumer, just go to sleep and don't work.

The food was fine, but the person at the drive thru was super rude. He kept rushing us and had a terrible attitude. When i got to the window he told me i'm going to have to park in the front. I will not go back to this place at night, the night staff are terrible.

Majority of the vapes I have bought from here are bad. Just this month I’ve had 5 bad not including the one I got today that is bad as well will just be avoiding this places vapes and this use to be my regular spot, unfortunate. The people are absolutely great.

This place is filthy!!!! The Health Department needs to visit. All of the tables in the dining room were nasty with food and drink. The floors were sticky and dirty. The container holding the ketchup had ketchup all in it and on the packets. Gross and unsanitary. Don't risk it.

wow, I just went to this wendy's tonight and as soon as we started to order, the guy made it more complicated than it should've been and kept talking over us. when he asked us what else we wanted, we were browsing the menu and he audibly sighed and talked under his breath saying something insulting to us. when we pulled up to the window the same guy was by there and telling the workers about us and laughing then they tried to charge us a different price? we proceeded to tell them what our actual total was then the guy came out and rudely handed us our order. never going back there again.

I ordered from Postmates and received a Fanta and a frosty 2 things I didn't order. I did order a Dr.Pepper. Why would you give me a Fanta and a Frosty if you're out of Dr.Pepper...... a water or maybe a sweet tea would've been nice, but who tf drinks orange soda if I'm expecting a dark soda?????

Unbelievable. They messed up my order and I was not even given a receipt. They staff was disrespectful and had given attitude when I was ordering and grabbing my order from them. I tried calling the place 9 times and no answer. I'd really like to know what manager is managing this place because this is just sad

Less than a star.. tried them out again. Not only charged way more, 30$ for 20 nuggets but also got the wrong order after asking specifically if they had what I wanted. Corporate or the manager or just someone needs to really revamp this location.
