After hurricane Beryl, I couldn’t find gas anywhere except for this Shell gas station. Which was very surprise. Is this how good gas supposed to look like?

Twice I have stopped to get gas at this station as the price is advertised in being lower. However when I start the pump the price is considerably higher per gallon. This is false advertising to me, when I asked the clerk inside if the price is lower than when using cash instead of credit and he said no it is the same price, so I then asked why the sign showed a lower price and he then acted like he did not understand and said the owner does the prices. It is advertised at $3.19 on the sign, charged $3.58 per gallon at the pump. This has happened more than once to me now, but will not again.

Staffs are a little not friendly and lazy. They did not care what we need help. They just care about taking my money. However, the owner buy a lot of nice and good quality groceries here. She needs to train staffs more detail

I wanted to pay for some items with my card, and pay for gas with cash. When I told the clerk how I wanted to pay for my order he instead had me pay less for gas and make me pay for the entire order in cash. I don't understand why he would deny my request just to make his job easier.

Love that they are open 24 hours because we got turned around coming home from Biloxi and we was almost OUT OF GAS. The.business figuratively saved our lives or at least gave us a huge benefit by just "being" there.

I used to love coming here as a kid but as the years have gone by the customer service has gotten worse. I went in tonight to just get popcorn and the man working behind the counter started to watch me like a hawk. While I understand he has to watch the store, there were plenty of other people in the store and every time I looked he was only watching me, and would walk away when I caught him. When I went to ask him a question he made me feel d*** and rolled his eyes. After I got my items there was no “thank you”, “have a good night”, nothing. Sadly I won’t be coming back. 7/11 just opened next to them and is better anyways

Beware!!! Credit card skimmed from pump on 3/15/2021. Card # used at other Shell across town to purchase $75 worth of gas.
