Stopped by for some late night ice cream. Store is advertised as 24 hrs. I show up at 11pm, not allowed in store. I asked to come in to pick out selection. Not allowed in so I asked what flavors were available. Attendant walks away, goes to back of store and doesn’t come back until sees me drive off. Terrible customer service! At least give the patron the reason you can’t help them, don’t just hide in the back. I give 0/10 for rudeness and cowardice!

I just left the store at 5:37 PM.Frustrated and without making a purchase because all of the fuel pumps are down and the woman inside has an attitude and told me that she does not speak English.

Good gas station in the area! Not necessary that is the cheapest but decent and good gas and good quality! Come get your gas and drive around Cheers

So, I'm not even sure where to start here....Usually I get nice friendly service at this gas station, but, today was a day of unacceptable behavior. My wife, my daughter and I stopped to grab some stuff and both the customer service people were SO rude. My daughter was playing with some toy that made noise, one of the girls shouted "Y'all need to stop that" very loudly. She then made a comment to my wife saying that your daughter needs to listen better. THEN we asked the other customer service agent for the girls name, which she refused to give (I'm sorry, I have worked customer service before and that is not how you treat people, even on your worst day). Then on the way out, my wife squeezed the toy once (cheeky, I know) and the girl threatened to whoop her AND my 8 year old daughter's ass. Seriously, that's just completely and utterly disgusting behavior.

Need to push the button before you pour your gas that says save 5¢ a gallon. It adds up! Go through the motions. Download the REWARDS app from either PlayStore (Android) or App Store (Apple devices)... Yeah it takes a little time but every little bit counts. You have to fill up 6 times in 3 months at Shell after the introductory period .

I came to this Shell gas station to buy gas, and as I went in, I took a large bill inside to pay. I have a bank card, but chose not to use it, because the time frame it takes for the money to be withdrawn from my account. When I gave the bill to the man at the cash register, he immediately put it through a machine under the counter, hoping that he will find it to be counterfeit, because we are not trusted as as a people to do a honest days work by working hard to make money. I’m fortunate to drive nice, and live comfortably because I work very hard for what I want, and don’t have to steal or use counterfeit money to purchase nice things. I do understand checking to make sure a bill is real, as long as the same procedure is done to each individual. I don’t believe that happens. What a shame!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!??????
