I came here looking for an elbow brace which I desperately needed and which CVS has, but in the wrong size and not quite the style I was looking for (CVS had a large but I needed either an XL or XXL). They told me that they didn't have the one I needed in stock but that they could have it here the following day and they refused to give my prescription sheet back because, in their words, "it's the only way to guarantee that I come back." I thought that was odd but I would have the brace the following day so it didn't really matter. Boy was I wrong! I arrived at 5:25 the following day. They informed me that the lady I had spoken to the previous day was bringing the brace over from another location and that she would be here in 10 minutes. I had to wait for 30 minutes for the lady to get here. When she arrived, SHE DIDN'T HAVE THE RIGHT BRACE!!! She said something about the other location not having it in stock (even though she supposedly checked the stock yesterday) so she brought a different style. The one she brought was THE SAME ONE AS CVS, SIZE AND ALL! I asked for my prescription back but... THEY COULDN'T FIND IT! Luckily, I don't actually need a prescription to purchase this brace and I remember exactly what I need but it has my name, address, phone number and date of birth on it and they don't know where it is. It could be in someone else's hands, ready to take out a credit card in my name for all I know. UGH! Do not... I repeat, DO NOT... do business with this place unless you enjoy frustration and disorganization which may lead to identity theft.
