My son started at Scribbles when he was 2 years old. The first week I was very nervous about leaving him in a place unknown to me, but as time has passed, each day I thank Scribbles Academy much more for their excellence in education and the administration for being there. in constant communication with parents. My son is attending this place, so far so good, I like how teachers care about kids, I only wish if they taught them a little more preschool stuff to get ready for next yearBut satisfied overall.

My kids have been going here for about three months now but it feels like forever. The staff is amazing and they care so deeply about the children, you can tell just by how much pride they take in the things they teach them! My son is notorious for his tantrums but he loves coming to school everyday! My kids always come home happy and even though we’re moving further away soon we still plan to stay at this daycare because we really trust them.

I was always so on edge about starting my son in day care, it turned to be the best decision i could make. The entire staff knew my son by name and made him feel so loved every time he walked thru the door. The owners actually care about the children enrolled, always checks on him if he misses a day or follows up with anything we had concerns over.Would recommend to anyone in the area i’m so sad i had to move away. My son has grown and learned so much i can’t thank the staff enough!

We been with Scribbles for years....this facility is top-notch! they are very professional & educational. When it come to the care of the children, they are there. The directors and staff members are phenomenal. Best place if you want quality child-care.

Very good teachers that have been there for long periods of time which in turn means not a lot of change on a daily basis for the children which is great in so many ways. Highly recommend…..

The facility is very run down and the quality of care is just very poor. The building is clearly repurposed or a childcare facility which I fine but the front door was not closing and locking so my husband told the owner's over and over a period three weeks to fix it. He finally got fed up and told them that it was unacceptable and that it needed to be fixed by the end of the week before they finally acted.We only needed before and after school for our kids and it was an awful experience. We left after three weeks. One of our daughters has severe ADHD and has difficulty with impulsive control. The morning drop off and evening pickup is just chaotic, which does not work well for her. She had a tough morning and began acting out so they held her arms and legs and then threatened to throw her shoes away. This all happened in the 45 minutes that they needed to care for her before she got on the bus to go to school. When we picked her up, she had red marks on the back of her arms. This was 9 hours later. Kids with ADHD get a bad reputation but it's disgusting to treat a tiny 6 year old that way. We moved then to Children's Lighthouse and they're both doing really well.

My baby started at Scribbles recently he is 2 and has adapted from day one! He enjoys his friends and his teachers. The staff is very caring and involved. My baby is learning and thriving in this environment! I absolutely LOVE the fact that I get updates and pictures through the day! I definitely recommend this daycare. The communication and dedication is awesome.

Was great until they decided our son couldn't fall in line.. Our 3 yr old son is a level 1 autistic child and upon enrollment we explained a lot of his quirks and difficulties, to which the staff here emphatically responded that it would be no issue as they typically keep 3 teachers in that classroom. (later laughed at when mentioned to the owner). After roughly a month at this facility we were told by the owner that our son had one week (labor day week so 4 days) to improve his behavior or he would not be welcomed back. They cited very negative behaviors that our son had NEVER exhibited at any other facility. (i.e. hitting teachers/other kids, peeing on toys, etc.) but upon me pressing the owner and other staff about what behaviors are leading to their decision their response was "He just keeps running around and climbing on tables, and he doesn't listen when we tell him to do something!" Never were we offered any incident reports or requested to sign anything for the drastic behaviors mentioned by them before. My wife was also told by a young staff member"I don't even bother saying anything to him anymore so he just does what he wants"...Like WHAT??? After explaining that they need to use unique redirecting techniques to get through to him due to his difficulty switching tasks and paying attention they insisted that they had "tried everything they would normally do" (refer back to the fact our son is autistic and has difficulty with social behaviors) there was only one teacher in this facility that was willing to put in the time and effort to work with him in the way he needs and they pulled her from his classroom to fill a shortage in another room. The owner informed me that they "follow the laws" aka. do the bare minimum to not get fined, but have no problem lying to perspective clients to get their money by telling them they want to hear. This ownership is a joke and quite frankly I struggle to believe that they actually have a background in childcare. This is telling, by the fact the owner specifically requests people to delete negative reviews. If your kid is one that won't just "fall in line" stay far away from here as they will just give up on your child.

My kids love this place! We do too! The teachers adore them. They come home happy, full, using there manors, and learning so much here. They really do care and adore my kids. I feel good going to work knowing they are in great hands. They call me right away for urgent matters. They send pictures and videos daily on the app. I like how you can message the teachers and staff personally on the app as well. They get back to you right away. They have fun, creative projects for the kids even the babies get to hand paint and do projects just like the older kids. They use all baby proof non toxic products. They have a big playground outside. The inside is very spacious. The hours are great. So glad I found this place for my kids. The teachers and staff are amazing! They really do truly care for my kids. That is very important to us. Thank y’all for everything you do.

This center has been amazing to my children! They are very friendly, welcoming and make my kiddos feel welcomed! I love how they are caring and loving to our family. Moving from out of state made me very weary about finding care but they have definitely meet every need for our family! Thank you Scribbles! You all have been wonderful!

Amazing daycare! The staff goes above and beyond, they have an amazing relationship with all the kids. Takes all the parents’ worries away, definitely 10/10 !

My 4 kids have all Attended Scribbles, when my oldest left for kindergarten she always talked and still talks about how much she misses scribbles and she’s in 3rd grade now. My 3 year old loves all her teachers, and I never had any issues while my twins were in the infant room.The owners and staff are all very kind and caring, I love the daily updates and pics I get through their app as it gives me a peace of mind.
