Mercedes, the optical department manager, showed me exceptional customer service going above and beyond my expectations. I had a problem with my Mark's member glass frame which I had bought not a long ago and she was very understanding and accommodating towards my issues and needs. She was very easygoing and pleasent helping me to understand and to fix the issue. I'll be a customer at that optical center as long as Mercedes is there because I was very well treated and know she will keep doing an amazing job for all the customers at that store. Sam's club needs more employees at the optical centers with her knowledge and mainly with her excellent customer service experience. Great job Mercedes and keep going because you make the difference!

I purchased a $1460.00 cell phone from Sam’s Club and they were Doing a promotion when you buy phone you get $250 gift card I have yet to receive my gift card and it’s going on five months now I’m getting the runaround from Sam’s Club manger and Walmart and Sam’s Club corporate office just transferred me back to the store to handle the situation I’ve already tried to have it taken care going on four months. One of the Sam club members name Romel told me that I have to order the phone in order for me to get the promotion which is not true because they were still the phone in the store now they say is now a third-party not to the store but it’s inside your Sam’s Club with my membership. And Laura one of the managers gave me a phone number Who works for the cell phone company that is inside to Sam’s Club doesn’t want to handle the situation haven’t made a phone call to me at all. Then DeMonte Another associate or another manager not sure if he’s a manager. But I think that’s the owner of the store. His phone number is 832-875-4837 that’s what they gave me this morning. gave me the runaround also and not handling the situation as the customer is always right when they have a receipt and gave you a copy and I also sent the email copy to Walmart when they asked me to wait three weeks and they will send it to me by email never received it so I waited a whole month and I’m back at the drawing board still not receiving the gift card and we are November. three weeks never heard back from them after a month. Now they’re saying that we no longer do the sales in the store and you have to go online and order it that does not have anything to do with the promotion you were running at the moment I process your cell phone. And when I explain to Romel that I bought one from Best Buy he said with where they were on a promotion with the attitude in a cocky arrogant way. I said no they didn’t have the 11 promax that’s the reason why I came over to the Sam’s Club because Best Buy didn’t have the promax they just have 11. And what the sales associate asked me to go by four visa gift card and I bought for American Express gift cards and went to the register and purchased them and came back to this section and bought the phone and I have the receipt of a purchase and no one seems to has a resolution to the ongoing issue of the promotion which they are running now for the 11 Pro Max now they’re willing to 12 promax same promotion $250 gift card now they’re saying I have to be with AT&T in order for me to get the promotion which is not true. It is very very sad that he said every person who I spoke to is outside of the person who owns it which they talk to and they don’t want to give us a gift card and if your store you don’t want to give up the gift card because you don’t wanna come off any money for bad customer service and complete blatant lies. I need to be resolution to this whole issue.
