This store has a great selection, but management was useless during my most recent visit! Today the line was very long and there was only ONE cashier who kept calling for backup over the intercom. I found the manager and asked her to please help the cashier or at least go and find the backup …. she got an attitude with me. The fact that this manager (Sumraya) was okay with watching her employee do ALL of the work while she stood there and held a pair of shoes was disheartening and she was not abiding by the golden rule. The cashier and all the customers standing in line deserved better…
