DO NOT TRUST THIS AUTO MECHANIC SHOP. They changed a break module and the car was ready we went to pick it up. Upon pick up the mentioned something about a radiator replacement(the car didnt have radiator problems). 2 days later of course the radiator blows while driving, had to get it towed to a different shop. At the new shop with a trusted mechanic we were told they had purposely disconnected/ loosened the radiator causing it to fail and blow while driving very dangerous. IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR SAFETY DO NOT TRUST THIS MECHANIC.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The daughter has a nasty attitude and should not be working there. I dropped my vehicle off due to a check engine light and after picking up my car and giving them $2k thinking the problem is fixed my CEL comes back on within a few hours of having my vehicle. I dropped the vehicle back off thinking it’s something that is covered under warranty for them to only tell me that I now owe them another $200 because “anything can make the check engine light come on and they said it wasn’t the same issue as before”.
This happened last time I brought my vehicle to the shop as well. I picked Up my vehicle and within a couple of hours another light came on that wasn’t originally on the vehicle when o dropped it off.
Take my advise and RUN don’t walk away from this business if you value your vehicle and your wallet

I came here when my AC went out. They couldn't figure out where exactly it was leaking, so they filled it up and told me to go back if it runs out again. Went back the 2nd time, still hasn't been able to figure out the leak. They've been nice about it so far, we shall see

The lady owner has got some attitude. We come to these small establishments but believe me they wilk just Rob you further. First of all you do not get access to see what they are doing in the backend. I have my thirs break light gone which dealership told me that they will fix it up for 300. I went to these guys and they took 65$ for diagnostic. They told they put the whole light assembly worh 99$ and labor charged for 140$ for labor . so total I ended up spending the same and I am not even sure if they really put a fuse only or it was a problem with the whole light assembly. Honestly if you know the cars it takes whole lot of efforts to get to the center light, you really need to rip off the back sear and my car was out in minutes and when I checked the backseat looked like nothing had changed.

Took my car for a electrical problem (horn and alarm) not working and he did a diagnostic on my car took off spark plugs and fuel injectors out which I never agreed on that...sergio is a arrogant guy which will only mess up ur car more and lie to u in ur face and tell u that's the way u took it to him...scammer...avoid major headaches with this guy that don't know what he's doing only damaging peoples car more

Scammed us out of money. Diagnosed the problem paid them and days later it was something else. Nothing was ever fixed. Car was given to us worse than when we took it to them. Do yourself a favor and avoid these people.

bunch of crooks.. don't waste time or money. i payed them over 700 dollars and couldn't fix my car.. they gave me my car worse then than how I dropped it off.. dishonest people.. 2 weeks later I'm having to tow my car to a different shop.. don't trust this people!

NEVER AGAIN!!!!! My husband took his 2002 suburban to Sergio for a diagnose and repair. Originally it had a check engine light and it had a strong odor of gasoline, Sergio told my husband he was sure it was a misfire and a oxygen sensor but will do a diagnose using his machine to find the issue. 4 days later my husband called to check on his truck and was told by Sergio son which is very young and inexperienced that it was a spark plug and that it would be ready the following day. My husband this time didn’t called since he was told it would be ready the next day, when we got there we waited closed to 2 hours to get the keys, they were charging us $125 my husband asked to go checked the truck before paying and come to find out they didn’t fix anything!!! They actually broke my signal flasher stick and when we started the truck it rattled and shakes like crazy, long story short they messed up the truck instead of fixing it and when confronted Sergio he was rude, disrespectful, and told my husband he don’t like to work on “ old cars” and asked my husband to take his “junked” out of his property!!! All this in front of his son, what ashamed teaching his son to be a crooked mechanic and irresponsible! We left but we are looking to take legal action because our truck ran good it just had a check engine light on and it smelled like it was burning more fuel than expected, but it can barely run at 20 mph smh . Don’t take your car there unless you want to end up with bigger and expensive problems!

Experiencing rude and incompetent service when it comes to car repairs can be frustrating and distressing. It all began when my car started showing signs of trouble—a subtle rattle under the hood that gradually worsened. Reluctantly, I took it to a local mechanic recommended by a friend. From the outset, the reception was cold and unwelcoming. The mechanic, a gruff individual with oil-stained overalls, barely acknowledged me before grumbling about how busy they were.
Upon inspecting my car, they diagnosed it as a minor issue with the exhaust system and assured me it would be a quick fix. Despite my unease, I agreed to leave it in their hands. Days passed with no word from the mechanic. Each time I called for an update, I was met with irritation and vague promises that it would be done soon. Finally, after a week of waiting, I received a call informing me that my car was ready for pickup.
Upon arriving at the shop, my heart sank as I saw my car parked in a different spot than where I had left it. The mechanic approached, looking even more surly than before, and handed me the paper saying that they fixed the car but when I turned it on it didn't work. They are rude if I could give this 0 Stars.

BEWARE OF OWNER, he is very DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE and WILL INSULT YOU. Plus I don't know how he owns a business if he don't know what he is doing. Had a very bad experience with this shop and owner. Plus he make my husband car worse. I will not like how I said I will not recommend the shop to none of my family and friends.

If I could give it less than 5 stars I would!! Don't take your car there if you don't want to have more problems with your car. I took my car there because the check engine came on and they told me that they were going to check it and let me know, 3 days passed and when I spoke to ask a question, the girl only told me that they were working on it. On the fourth day I went and they had the car outside and when I turned it on it had 3 lights on, they wanted to charge me for the diagnosis which they never did because on the contrary they turned on 2 more lights and they did not want to take responsibility!!! VERY BAD SERVICE!!!!!

I took my car to them last Wednesday and they said they'll do a diagnostic on it and it'll be ready by Friday. Called on Friday, they said Saturday. Went there Saturday, its not ready. Came in on Monday, they said come at 4! I come at 4 and learn they didn't do a diagnostic on it and the only thing they fixed was one thing. It's a simple fix literally takes maybe an hour at most and these people took 5 days! If I knew that I would have taken it elsewhere. I outlined for them all the issues I was having with my car and they only fixed one issue and wanted me to leave my car for who knows how long to fix the other issue. They also apparently had no recollection of me telling them about the other issue and I repeatedly told their front desk what the issues were. Another thing I wanted to mention, because of their negligence in addition to the issue im having (non battery, starter or alternator related) my battery is now drained and the car is dead. I'm so pissed.
