I had to go to the store because I had a concern with my new chair. Dan greeted me and was able to solve my problem within a couple of days. He was very patient with me and took the time to listen and found a solution to make me very happy. He was wonderful. I highly recommend you see Dan!

Dan was amazing! Thank you for sharing your experience and suggestions when I came into the store. I needed a few weeks to consider my options, I didn’t feel any pressure to make a decision on the spot. When I was ready to make the order I was able to do it over the phone and have the office chair delivered to my house.

Had a great experience visiting this store. The consultant Klarisse was very knowledgeable in the products they sale. She provided great information and made our purchase uncomplicated. Definitely will return in the future when it’s time to upgrade our bed.

Love this store! I’m a frequent customer and the managers, Klarrisse and Dan, are very knowledgeable and have made great recommendations on which types of products work best with my back and cervical spine conditions. They seem to care about their customers needs. Whether I’m buying a new pillow or just want a chair massage, they are awesome! Thank you!

I recently purchased two Lifeform chairs from Relax The Back and couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The staff particularly Jill and Dan are incredibly knowledgeable and always go above and beyond. Before this, I never realized how poor my posture was from sitting in a chair all day. Thanks, Jill and Dan‘s expertise and now have a chair that significantly improve my comfort and posture highly recommend Jill and Dan if you’re looking for any desk or chair to help prevent any back problems
