Horrible services, stay away from this dealership. People are rude and takes forever to get a diagnosis work done even, my advisor was on vacation and I had to call several times to explain my need to different people. we had been with them for many years, and now we will never come back.

I don't recall the salesman's name. Short, tan, nf jacket, heavy foreign accent. My mother drove me almost an hour to look at a used vehicle. The salesman approached us at the front door and sat us down at his desk. He then asks for my Id and which vehicle we were interested in. I asked his name and introduced myself. The vehicle has been on the lot for 2 months and was still awaiting service. The vehicle was in very rough condition for only 30,000 miles. The price was not negotiable and the boy asked us "are you done" "so you don't want it" very unprofessional and I took my business else where.

It's regrettable to report an extremely unprofessional and discourteous experience at this establishment. The staff members appear disinterested and rude, demonstrating a lack of professionalism that makes the overall atmosphere unwelcoming. It seems as though no one there is genuinely committed to their work, and their behavior suggests an indifference towards providing basic customer service.Upon arriving, the advisor was observed casually playing with his phone, seemingly unbothered by my presence. After a brief period of being ignored, the advisor nonchalantly stated, "We are too busy; you should come another time." This response is not only unprofessional but also contradicts the very purpose of scheduling appointments through their website. It's perplexing that despite claiming to be busy, the advisor suggested dropping off the item. However, a contradictory condition was attached: if the item isn't ready by 5:00, it must be picked up on Monday. This kind of inconsistency and lack of consideration for the customer's time and needs reflects poorly on the establishment's commitment to professionalism and basic courtesy.

Our salesman was Darrell and he was AMAZING!!! We went to look at a pre-owned truck. He had the truck ready at the front for us, and he was waiting outside for us as well! He was not pushy at all, had a great attitude and was very respectful. After the test drive he had water waiting for us at his desk and had our best interest in mind and was a great listener. Nan was our finance person and he was also very easy to work with and a great listener as well. We didn't feel pressured at all during this process and the truck was priced very fairly. We were pleased to get a great deal on the extended warranty as well.

I made an appointment for 09/27 at 10:30AM for the 1st service on my Ford Maverick (oil change) and I am still here waiting, the time stamp now is 12:55PM. Adding to that, I just was advised that it will take another 1hr to complete the service. What a joke! No respect for customers time. If you can't take the volume of appointments, please fix your website booking tool or look into your staffing operations, just saying. And no, I'm not calling the manager to talk about it as I am still at the dealership and can easily be reached.

Never had an issue when bringing my vehicle here. Always see Daniel D. or David C. when I'm in service and they are great each time.

Purchased my vehicle there brand new, after a week, on our way to a road trip, our GPS that came with the vehicle can't find roads and highways that have already existed for over 6 years, then I found out that someone from within the dealership swapped the new and updated SD card for the navigation to a very old navigation maps. Then another instance, I took my car for regular maintenance, took the car home drove it for weeks until I had a flat tire, pulled over to change tires, low and behold they stole the jack that came with the vehicle, im the only one who drives the car and I've never looked under the trunk to see if the jack and spare are all there, so there's no way someone in my household took out the jack and left it in the garage, i looked just incase, none! Then there's the recommended maintenance's checks, before dropping it off, I placed white, markers that will fall off when a wrench or any tool is used to loosen and tighten the nuts, after the service, went to my friends garage and checked all the points they were supposed to check, guess what?? The white markers were untouched, and yes, including the engine oil that I checked, before dropping off was dark and murky, after the service, it's supposed to be new oil but it's the same dark and murky used oil. Don't get taken for a ride in this dealership. Crooks and thieves and scammers are everywhere in this Autonation Ford Katy!!

If it can rate under zero, I would like to do it.I bought 2022 Branco in automation ford Katy. Then I brought my car for repairs on 6/26/2023.There were super bad services in this body shop. They did not call me back while the ladies told me they would call me back before. They told me the repair time would be 2 weeks. When two weeks I wanted to pick up my car, they told me unfortunately the parts broken. They deleted. After that, they deleted another two time. One said they needed to charge the batteries; one said they needed to test and wash my car. When I pick up my car, I did not feel my car had been washed. In their final bill, it showed they drove my car 1381 miles during this repair process. Those are my terrible experiencesI will never bring my car to this shop!!!

TL;DR: Autonation Ford Katy has no ethics or morals. They just want to cheat you out of your money. Don't trust any offer they give you. They will not even honor their own words that they give in writing. If you value yourself, go to CarMax to sell your car instead. I've never had a good experience with Autonation Ford Katy but this time around was the worst!I was trying to sell my 2019 Kia Forte and got appraisals from multiple dealerships and used car agencies including CarMax. The car had a little body damage on the front bumper so I was slightly concerned about the offers we would get. Thankfully Carmax gave us a great offer.I took my vehicle in person at Autonation Ford Katy and had it evaluated by an agent by the name of Gabriel Cabrera. He examined the vehicle for 30-45mins and gave us an offer that beat CarMax's deal by $850. I was ecstatic and decided to sell the car to them, however since my car is registered under my dad's name and he owns the title, I told them I would have to come back with my dad and the title paperwork. Gabriel assured me that the appraisal offer was valid for 7 calendar days so if I was to come back within that time frame the given offer would be honored and the process would only take 10-15 mins with us walking out with the money.I asked Gabriel for an offer letter which he gave me listing the number he had promised me. When I looked at the letter closely the mileage of the car listed was about 200 miles below what was displayed on the dashboard and the offer expiration date was 3 days from the appraisal date. I asked Gabriel about it and he assured me that those were just the default way the papers were printed and would not affect the pricing.Since it was the weekend before July 4th we had plans to go out of town for a few days. We made sure not to use the car much in the interim and just parked it in our personal house garage. We cut our trip short to make it back in time and I even told my dad to delay a business trip he had planned. We returned to Autonation Ford Katy in 5 calendar days from when the appraisal offer was given to us. We had previously told Gabriel that we would be coming back to sell the car that day.Gabriel was conveniently off that day and another agent named Brayden said he would be taking care of us. He took the car key from us and said he needed to take a look at the vehicle again and take some pictures. We waited for him for about 20 minutes and he came back to us saying that there is some damage on the front bumper and they cannot honor the price that was offered to us by Gabriel. We told them that the damage was present before Gabriel had evaluated the vehicle (we also had photo evidence of this). They made a whole show of calling Gabriel to confirm. The manager Jimmy came back to us and said "All I can do is offer an apology, looks like Gabriel missed the damage." That shouldn't be our problem. Your representative gave us an offer written in paper after evaluating the vehicle in person. It is your obligation to honor that offer!Jimmy said Gabriel was supposed to take pictures of the car when he appraised it which he again conveniently didn't do. The carelessness of your staff should prompt you to take a hit and honor your side of the deal rather than giving us empty apologies.Jimmy quoted us a price $1000 below what was originally offered to us. When we asked him to beat CarMax's offer at least by a little bit for all the inconvenience they caused us, he made another big show of talking to some other manager who wouldn't show their face. He came back and flat out refused to go up on the offer. We tried calling Gabriel as well to discuss this error. As someone who was previously very responsive to my calls, all of a sudden he was no longer picking up our multiple attempts.Jimmy then shamelessly proceeded to explain to us how CarMax's car buying process works. Don't tell me how someone else's process works when you yourself have the most deceitful process ever!We went straight to CarMax and within

I made an appointment on the website and they had the appointment in their system. I dropped my truck off and here it is 5 days later and they have not even looked at it. While they do good work, this is a pattern with them and not the first time I have had this happen. I will not take my vehicle to them again. It is very frustrating.

Only reason I've kept going back due to my own laziness in driving an hour to a different Ford dealership. Won't be making that mistake. Oil change service for 6.7 is way overpriced and they take nearly 2 hours even with an appointment. Heaven only knows if you need something else worked on. Had an issue with a leaking Front Differential. Should be covered under warranty (not the issue). Upon check in they inform me it will take 3-4 days to even look at the vehicle. What?? Doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not. 4 days rolls around and I have to reach out to them for any updates since I have not heard a word. "Tech is diagnosing today" the text message from service as a response from my inquiry. Wait another 6 hours to hear...yep. Leaking front differential. All covered under warranty but the carli steering stabilizer with Diff guard is aftermarket item and will take 1.5 hours of labor $305 to remove. Again...what? Its about 3-4 bolts and you need 1.5 hours to remove?? Didn't take that much money or time to even install it originally. Picked up my vehicle and will now drive an hour away to get warranty work. Will not be showing back up at AutoNation Ford.

DO NOT BUT AN EXTENDED WARRANTY!!!!! I purchased an extended warranty to avoid paying out of pocket for any issues down the road. Had a small oil leak, made an appointment and was told it would be done "getting looked at" in a week! No way around it. No loaners. And they DO NOT pay for a rental of any kind. With my job/children/life, I cannot afford to leave my vehicle in a parking lot waiting to be diagnosed for a weeks time. I asked if they could at least get the recall checked out while I was there and the response was "that will take 3 days"! You're better off going to a local shop that gives better service and quick turn-around time. I've learned my lesson never to buy a warranty of any kind through ford dealers. FYI, the Dodge dealership offered me a rental through them, took 3 hours MAX on recalls and payed for rentals when they had none in house! If I didn't like my 2021 F-150 more, I'd be going back!
