Nice enough employees and the facilities are normally well kept, but management cut both my disk lock and cylinder lock off for a bill that was 11 days overdue and refused to replace either after the payment was made. Really irked me since they make you pay an extra $15 a month for insurance already and the locks they replaced them with were much less secure than the ones I already had. There's already a secondary lock on the unit doors to add an extra lock without removing the existing locks, if the goal is to temporarily remove access to a unit. If I hadn't had an extra lock in my car I would have had to leave my unit unsecured overnight until I was able to get one.

FRAUD ALERT - I rented a storage unit at this place and signed up for autopay. The card I used was stolen a few weeks later so I turned it off and tried to add another one to autopay, but I couldn’t log in because their website glitched when I was trying to reset my password. Now I only get “invalid token” when I login. I’ve called and called and they won’t fix it — you can’t even talk to a person unless you go in person and they’re rarely there. Their chat feature doesn’t work, and there’s no way I can find to call the website tech support to fix my login issue.I’m not even a month late — on a $25/month unit!!!! — and they’ve been sending me multiple text and written threats that they’re going to sell my stuff. They claim they’ve already seized it. That’s theft, y’all, and they refuse to fix my login issue so I can pay. I can pay using their link (of course there’s still a way to pay!!) but if you read the FINE PRINT, you see that you’re agreeing to enroll in autopay with that card.These morons spent $25 texting me and sending me threats. And they’re adding a $20 fee because THEY locked me out of my account.So basically what they do is lock you out of your account, demand your payment and STILL SEIZE YOUR STUFF. Thieves. Use iStorage instead, y’all. Mike over there is SO sweet and he’s been there for years and years. He goes way out of his way for his customers. He still calls me to remind me to remind my ex-husband his payment is due so he doesn’t incur a late charge. I should have gone there. Will be going there after I sue Public Storage and get my stuff back.Do not rent here unless you don’t want your stuff back.

I got my first ever storage today. Very nervous and confused on what i should have got. Thankfully Angelina was extremely sweet, kind, and helpful. The customer service she provided was something you don’t ever come across anywhere so i genuinely appreciate her hospitality and service.

I move around and this storage unit is so professional and clean, whenever i need one again ill be coming to this exact location. Angelina was the best helper, she was so sweet, she’s the main reason i’d want to come back best attitude and the most positive vibe she was so great she deserves a raise!! shoutout to you Angelina!! you were my favorite part about renting here :)) thank you so so much!

I have rented with this facility at least 3 times within the past year. All 10 x 10 spaces. The property is very clean. The bathroom is clean and the trash is generally removed immediately. The interior rooms are convenient to access and the Wi-Fi for the app works 95% of the time which is better than most. Erin and her crew are always friendly and welcoming. If I have to use storage again, this is where I’ll go.2800 FM 1463, Katy, TX 77494Thank you Erin for being kind and professional providing a safe and clean place to store my stuff.

We stored our entire home in these storage units for 8 months. When we picked up our belongings to move, we noticed there was considerable mold and mildew damage on all of our exposed furniture. Our sectional and ottoman, kitchen table, kitchen chairs, buffet table, bar stools, king size bed frame and headboard, leather recliner and other items had to go in the trash. We had insurance through the Orange Door company that Public Storage recommends, and they gave us $250. I spent days filling out paperwork, and sending photos, and they said the damage was not their fault. I am upset because I feel that the storage unit should warn customers that this kind of damage is a possibility if using an outside unit that is not climate controlled. There were also cockroaches and spiders all over the inside of our unit. Do you business elsewhere. This storage unit cost us over $10,000 of replacing furniture that was in like new condition when we put it in the unit.

I would give no stars if I could. Been with public storage a while now. I have had things go missing from my unit when I’m late. I have talked to the manager, she doesn’t care. They will jack your storage payment up every 3 months and act like they sent an email. If you call public storage, they will say it’s up the property manager to lower or raise your prices. So I guess it just depends on how much she wants to get paid. Even brought my parent who needed storage thinking it was an amazing place. Little did I know…. Run and choose a different storage unit. I am and I am trying to convince my parents to move storage places as well.They also reply things like “your feedback helps us improve” no you like taking advantage of single moms and have no shame. But want other member of the public to think you do.

Be very careful before signing up with this company. They offer cheap rates to sign you on, and in no time raise the rates to a ridiculous amount. I signed on for a 10 x 10 unit for $100 per month. Within 3 months of moving in they raised it to $150. I complained and they changed it back, but 2 months later raised it back to $150. A couple of months ago they emailed me saying they were raising the rates again to over $200 per month. This is 100% raise in less than a year. This is a predatory business and completely unacceptable. Beware!

ERIN at the front desk was very helpful today. My lock was jammed and she came to my unit and actually fixed the bent lock. I was shocked! Very professional and super kind. I feel that she takes her job to the highest level! Thank again for your assistance today.

I just moved some things in today. I my space online which was quite convenient. The building was quite clean. The staff was helpful, they not only told me how but showed me how to access the elevator. Even though there were no dollies, the staff member requested one from a person that was also moving in (they had 3 dollies). So far so good. I would recommend this place.
