Prosperity Bank has nice and friendly staff who are easy to work with and care about their customers. They are helpful and know what they are doing. However, the drive-thru service can be slow, sometimes taking more than 15 minutes for a transaction even with no other customers. For those in a hurry, using the lobby or another branch is suggested. Lobby access may be limited.
Nice and friendly staff. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is because, I usually use the drive thru and it takes more than 15min for a transaction. That’s if I’m the only customer in the drive. If you in a hurry go inside or maybe another branch.

I wish they would fix the ATM machine. It’s been out of order for a few months now other than that I love my bank.
