It appears some customers feel abandoned after Prosperity acquired Traditions Bank. I felt the same when First Victoria was acquired. But after 10 years of sterling service, this bank is now my all time favorite. The staff know me; know and understand my business. I do not get this personal service at other banks.

I really like this bank. We usually go to the cinco ranch location. All staff is super friendly. President of the bank, and staff have been there for many, many years. I love the personal attention they give. This is a plus now days. Normally with big banks now days, one is just a number! At this bank one gets to be friends with staff. I highly recommend the cinco ranch lif one wants individual attention. My favorite bank! So personable, where I don't get asked for my ID!

This bank charges a 1.5% fee for cashing a check that was issued from their bank. This is literally nothing more than theft. I will never ever bank with them. Every other bank in this country that I have ever dealt with does not charge a fee to cash a check that it was issued from their bank. The greed of this company is disgusting

Disappointed in the customer service with this branch. Gave all my information to the teller and my deposit still went into the wrong account. When called the next day to get the problem fixed, the lady was not helpful and did not fix the mix up the teller had done.

Terrible customer service. Teller could not get a simple cash deposit into the right account with out messing up and depositing into a different account after given drivers license and debit card.

Girl behind the counter was incredibly snarky. You'd think customer service would be a priority with how competitive banking has become. This bank is out of the Stone Age when it comes to technology. Go somewhere else.

Prosperity Bank online banking has been the worst ever, needing password resets almost every second day! And their customer support number is never reachable, I have a business account - when I finally got a real person after 40 minutes one support person said she can only deal with personal not business accounts and said she will transfer me- she then put me back in the queue for another 40 minutes! The next support lady asked my tax ID which I gave her, date of business registration- which I gave her- then she says I have to tell he the date of opening the account! When I said this is not given in any document - registration date I can see from my company registration certificate, how am I supposed to see the date of bank account opening since we opted for paperless everything and never carry a single paper. We went to the branch several times to open the same account , could have been any of those dates. When I asked to speak with a manager so that they can ask some other security question - the lady put me back in the queue one more time. This is absolutely the worst service ever, I pay them 300-400 in service charges every month for my business account, my account has a monthly balance of about 50k - for the pain they give me - I would be much better taking my business to an online bank and save my money. Prosperity bank online banking is bad, their customer support line is a joke!

The worst experience I have ever had! Without going into great detail, let me just say if you if you ever have an issue, no one calls you back. The people opening accounts are uneducated. I couldn't even get the main person of the bank of call back with my extremely disappointing situation. I closed my account as soon as possible!!!

I really liked Tradition Bank on 99 and Highland Knolls. Prosperity Bank soon bought them out. Absolutely disappointed in them. Originally, free checking, nope not any more! Not only can you not call your branch directly but employees (meaning manager of a certain department) do not return your calls or your emails. They lie and say they never received them. Finally when you do get a chance, they begin to mention details that were only in the email. HMMMM thought you didn't get the emails or phone calls. Finally after numerous attempts to reach the president of my branch and getting thrown around to branches in other parts of the city, he asks for proof of emails as him employee said she never received these over the last 3 weeks and says to call him back on his cell phone. Wow, thought this was generous right? Well followed up quickly and left him a voice mail on his cell. Nope, he never called back either. I have been trying to make a stupid deposit! I've had them cancel the wrong debit card in the past, the drive through is most always sooooo slow. I will be opening another account at another bank and terminating my relations with Prosperity Bank. Can't wait!
