My sister and I had the worst customer service experience today while shopping. We paid separately, and I went first with two items. The cashier asked for my phone number for the account, but then another woman came over and said, “Sorry, I can’t process your items today. I think you buy things and then resell them.” This was my first time buying this brand, so I was confused. I suggested using my sister’s phone number instead, but the woman said, “No, we can’t sell to you guys” She then walked away.
I asked the cashier to call the manager, and she informed me that the woman who refused to help was the manager. I asked to speak with her again, but she was no longer around. A male employee came over and asked me to explain what had happened, so I told him I had simply provided my phone number to the cashier. The manager returned and told us we couldn’t purchase anything because we were resellers. Then, she claimed I had shown her a 25% off coupon, which was not true. I told them to check the cameras, as I had not shown any coupon.
Despite this, the manager insisted, “I’m sorry, I saw you show the 25% off coupon.” The staff at this store need to learn how to properly communicate with customers and resolve issues rather than making assumptions without any proof or explanation.

The customer service was absolutely unacceptable. The manager, a woman with medium brown skin, was shockingly strict and displayed clear racial bias against Asians. I was purchasing a gift for my birthday, while my sister was buying two shirts for herself. Without any valid reason, they accused us of attempting to resell the items, even though it was our first time shopping with this brand. They had no prior purchase history or any information about us to support their claim. The manager abruptly left after telling us we couldn’t buy anything, and we were left waiting for her to return and explain.
Later, a man approached us, asking if we had a 25% off coupon, to which we firmly replied no—we’ve never had or shown any coupons. When we proceeded to check out and provide our phone numbers, the staff rudely interrupted, claiming they wouldn’t sell to us. The manager eventually stated that she thought we had a 25% off coupon but allowed us to purchase. However, there was no apology, no courtesy—just rude and dismissive behavior. While the store offers high-quality products, the experience was appalling, more akin to a chaotic marketplace.
I am considering taking legal action regarding the discriminatory and insulting behavior exhibited by the manager towards us. The incident goes beyond poor customer service and reflects a clear violation of our rights, especially regarding the racial bias we experienced. The situation was handled unprofessionally, and we were treated with disrespect and prejudice. I believe this warrants legal attention.

I like this brand; the quality is good, the prices might be higher than above.
I have been a member for a long time.
I received a coupon they're email to me. Knowing that the coupon could only be used by me, I bought 6 polo shirts and a pair of shoes. However, the cashier told me they couldn't sell them to me, saying I was buying too much and suspecting that I was buying for someone else. This accusation is false; I only wanted to start preparing holiday gifts for my family. They refused to process the sale and gave me an email address for 'bulk buying.' I emailed that address but never received a response.
I feel insulted and sad. I understand they have the right to refuse sales, They are a big corporation, I can't fight against them.but it seems they only want high-end customers.

This location has a great range of products for babies, kids, men and women. There is a reasonable big and tall section in addition to a small number of accessories and perfumes. There used to be more RLX products (activewear) but there isn’t much available (if any) that i saw recently which is a shame. While it would be great to have an even bigger range of products, due to popularity and location, it is easy to find something to wear for an occasion. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I must say I shop here a lot and every single time I walk into this place I am always greeted with a smile. Hello how are you doing? Can I help you? I love that Some other stores in the mall, you actually have to chase the sales people down lol. I went in looking for some clothes for my son for school and Elise was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for also got A little something He was such a great help and always is. I definitely will be returning back to your store because I love the prices and I love the people there. Recommend going to dislocation In Katy Texas

I'm a Polo Player and buy most of my whites at the Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store. I also buy birthday and Christmas clothing for my family here. The quality is the same as Polo Ralph Lauren in the Galleria but half the price of retail or less.No issue with returns as long as you have the receipt.Recommend buying here.
