I attempted to open a business account and went to this location two separate days. Completely empty and never any employees working both times. This was my third attempt across two branches to open an account with the same issue of nobody working on duty that can assist. The other branch I even made an appt and the manager emailed me to reschedule. It’s ridiculous! how can you stay in business or provide customer service if no one is ever available to provide the product. This should not be this hard, I do not recommend this bank as a whole.

Had a wonderful experience at this branch, The overall staff is so nice and helpful, the atmosphere was wonderful nice smell, i had an appointment to update information and i got treated well by a nice lady (nida) she is so kind and much helpful

I came in to get a cashier's check and the 3 staff were so very nice and helpful. They were really personable. It was so quiet in there, however...some background music would nice!
