I really like planet fitness in Katy the place is nice in clean also bathroom are awesome new equipment very nice too? I just enjoy going there stuff are nice, when they got the new equipment I did not know how to used and the crew helping me right away and is on my way to work so I’m very happy if any of you want to try it is the one in Katy I-10 and 99 parkway ??

Planet Fitness -Katy upgraded their aerobic and weight machines. The new equipment is modern and ergonomic. It is effective for strength ? training and fitness. Plus, they added more equipment, thus reducing wait time. They have plenty of dumbells and space available.

Honestly my first time here was the worst experience I’ve encountered with Planet Fitness. I had called ahead about transferring club from Fl since I was new to Katy, Tx. Over the phone it was a sure great come in. When I got there a white female told me to scan and go to the app and change gyms. At no point did I even understand her thought she was already pushing me out the way to help a man behind me even though there was other staff doing nothing. I then approached a black man and he was short and rude too and told me to call my home gym and see ask for a transfer. Once I called and went through everything I was told by the male it could take days for the transfer. Let’s just say the whole experience was so poor and lacked customer service I never went again.

Management is open to feedback. All brand new equipment. Staff is friendly. Other gym goers are respectful.
Can't beat it for the price!

Bad customer service they talk about their visitors behind their backs they are not so friendly or welcoming.. Most of their equipment are not well cleaned or well maintained they just want your money because the manager is bad.

This is a great local gym. It is always clean and has a community that consistently cleans the equipment after use. Everyone is very polite and keep to themselves, no one is going to interrupt you or comment, which I have had people do at other gyms. The restroom and locker room is always clean. Even when it is busy, there is always enough space to get what you need done.
