Calling the office to report the AC I've been an user since 2008 , and never before seen an administrative office showing no care for users issues , AC it's been broken 4 days so far and still no response for it , but the monthly bill it's right on time ..... the old administration was better than this one , so please if you're reading this just think twice before you move in !!!!!

I have been here for a year now and I must say the manager here Mrs Christina is awesome! She gets things done and she is all about her tenants she is one of the nicest caring managers I have ever had!

In all honesty because that is what reviews are for. There are a lot of upgrades needed in these apartments especially for the amount of rent they charge. But I'm here to tell you how great my Manager Christina is... She has been a sweetheart since the day she started working here. When I needed repairs she took good care of me. Parts took a long time but she always came through.I won't rate the apartment complex, but I give Christina a 10.

Today I met Christina Stubbs and she was absolutely amazing. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve met so many property managers in the last month that were exhausting to deal with. She was a breath of fresh air. I would sincerely like to publicly thank her for all her hard work and effort.

Christina, the leasing agent is not truthful. I was candid when I let her know of my rental history, and that I haven’t leased since 2018. She told me that it, would not be a problem and to proceed with applying. It was so hard to get in touch with her in the next couple of days and my move-in date had passed. I had to drive up to location, 42 minutes away, to speak with her face-to-face in order to get a clear response. She will lead you on and not be honest just to get your application and administration fee. I wish I could give zero stars because this situation truly affected my kids and I. This was the worst rental situation I have ever been in. I also had to do her job by contacting my previous renters and get numbers and emails myself. I will not recommend moving to this place if she is the face of the company.

My family and I lived there from 2008 to 2016 living there we had a great time it was so much fun playing hide and go seek living in apartment was great and we had some of our best time

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I was relocating for better opportunities in Katy and it seemed promising. Please do not assume the pictures on the sight is how your apartment will look. They will bate you in with a deal and go missing once they receive your money. Roaches, bedbugs and physical damage in your apartment while they expect you to pay for the torment. This place is infested with bedbugs and roaches although you have to pay pest control. Good luck getting someone on the phone to explain what’s going on to. Doesn’t seem to be a concern unless you are late paying rent. Trash place.

DO NOT MOVE HERE, DO NOT DO IT I have lived here for 5 years they have increased my rent with the excuse that they changed owners I have been asking for repairs for 1 year that they never did the steps are falling down everything is very old, now they want to charge Garbage AND Pest control that they never do, the garbage without saying, definitely look for another option, the apartments are infested with cockroaches.

I've lived at Pineview Terrace for 5 years. It's an awesome place to live, I never had any problems. Also the apartment manager Mrs. Christina is the best she gets the job done and a all around nice person.

Lame customer service they don't care about who's using the parking lot assigned to the people who's renting they should paint the parking lot with no visitors sign.... horrible and terrible

This is such a shame. We have brought up this situation to the "manager" a couple of times and have had no results. The dumpsters are too small for this complex community. The " manager" blames the tenants living here. We have now reported this issue to the city. We feel this can be resolved easily by putting out bigger dumpsters and having the waste company come by on a regular basis. These pictures show accumulated waste for a week. This will become a health issue if this is not resolved. I DO not live here ..but my uncle does. This is unacceptable! manager does not care for the property!
