I like the fact that it has a vet area. I look forward to trying out the grooming area soon. I do hope it compares well to the one I took my pets to in Sioux City, Iowa.

So Jessica is the name of the rude manager who banned my baby from this branch. She was the rude one and she told me I was being rude to her! How can I argue when I was so weak from my high BP! She could have just told me nicely that I do not have an updated rabies certificate. I was looking at my phone and when I showed her I have several accounts and I have reported it several times, she said my baby is banned. I said why would you do that? She is ised to her groomer! Apparently this branch has history of banning and regusing to give services to our babies!! So the other staff with her would not stand up for me of course. But her discrimination is very evident from the way she spoke to me. How sad!

I give it 3 stars because it does have everything but it's so expensive. It's a go if I have to go and not my go-to for supplies

The store itself I love. I tried drive up today, I had my toddler son and did not want the hassle of coming out to grab things (it’s offered) I marked I was there, and had been sitting in my car. I go inside, there’s a window that faces out to parking where they can see. Tiffany was just standing there on the work phone, I asked her if they offer drive up? She said yes but it takes too long might as well come in. But easily marked pick-up. Yikes.

Groomer made my dog look bad, because I asked for it, against their trained and better judgment.
My 6lb dog is really fluffy but shaved down looks like a little rat. Tiny little face.
That said, I asked the groomer to go in real tight on her face because while I can do maintenance on her body I can’t do her face because I’m afraid of poking an eye out. She’s just so tiny.
They trimmed her face, I asked to go lower. They did, but I still wanted lower. I literally wanted them to shave her muzzle, brows, under chin to give me more time before it grows back out and she can’t see, crashes into walls, gets everything she eats all stuck in the hair around her mouth.
They humored me and did it, although she looks crazy now. Puffy body and tiny little triangle face. It’s just what I wanted. Her face hair will grow back here soon, and meanwhile she doesn’t know she looks crazy.

Do not use petco grooming services, the manager Jessica is unprofessional and does not enjoy grooming dogs. Do not book dogs to be groomed if you’re in a bad mood and are going to make up 101 reasons not to groom a dog. 1. Being the vet wont answer to verify rabies when we have the printed proof in our hands. 2. Before she even touched the puppy she let us know she may not be able to groom him because he’s a puppy. Keep in mind she didn’t even touch the puppy yet. According to her she has 20 years experience I would assume a 10 lbs Shih Tzu wouldn’t be a problem. 3. His legs are too short and her arms would have to extend further down to groom him. In conclusion do not book here.
