The attention was good. They made me pay in advance. For some reason the background check arrived incorrectly. They made me pay a restocking fee and it was only a two-day wait. I think they should not make you pay in advance until they know that everything is in order

I have been shopping at Payne Brothers Firearms for years. They helped my with a suppressor purchase and the ATF Eform website ended up going down. When it came back up they were trying to submit my application for days often late into the night at 2 and 3am. They did not stop until it was submitted and kept in communication the whole way. I can not recommend them enough!!!

As a first time buyer, I was equal measures nervous and excited (and a little terrified), but the welcoming staff put me at ease from the moment I walked in. Aaron was kind and patient with my questions and really helped make the whole experience a fun, positive one. He gave me tips on good ranges to check out in the area, as well as recommendations for ammo and additional gear. I've found my go-to shop for future firearms purchases, and wholeheartedly recommend Payne Bros for any who might still be looking for theirs.

The personnel and the knowledge they have is on point. Will keep coming here for my gun necesites. Drove out from pasadena TX to check it out, let me say not disappointed rating should be at a 5. Thanks for great customer service. YA’LL need to check this place out i found the 7.62x39 ammo i was looking for and couldn’t find anywhere else.

Solid business. Came in today on lunch to get some AR parts that I had trouble finding elsewhere. Prices seem reasonable, and everyone was happy to help with my questions. Definitely earned a future customer.

This place is awesome!I had driven by this place multiple times when I would eat at Texas Tradition (in the same parking lot). I finally made it in today.The store is really nice but the people are even better! My first time in the store, one of the owners, Kevin, introduced himself. He was really kind to me and my kids that were in the store with me.I also met CJ and Mitch. Both were extremely helpful and friendly!Overall, this will be my preferred place to go in Katy for any firearm or ammo needs!

The guys over at PBF are awesome. Always friendly with amazing customer service, as well as helpfull with any questions I have. They also are very nice when my kids come inside the store with me when I run in to get some parts, and they always make me feel welcome even when the kids run and scream. I have bult 2 rifles from many parts from these guys, and as long as I am in Katy I will continue to use them as my go to firearms dealer.

This is exactly the kind of shop that has the personnel and expertise like you’d see like “back in the good old days!”People in there are on a first name basis with customers and act like friends…. this is where you go to be treated right.I had a couple of guns cerekaoted and put together by another shop recently. I needed a particular piece to complete the build so I stopped in Payne Bros. to try and find the part.Mitch, the gunsmith came out and asked questions about the gun build and showed me pieces that were put together incorrectly. For no charge, he made some adjustments to both guns to make them safe to fire. No charge! He wanted me to be safe even though he didn’t charge me for it. That’s customer service!We discussed some future ideas and i bought a few other parts i wanted as they have a good selection of merchandise.Everyone was super friendly and helpful and i never felt pressured or scared to ask questions.From my interactions and watching other customer interactions, these guys truly love what they do and what their customers to be happy.My gunsmith work and parts purchasing has found a good home at Payne Bros.!
