They have always been genuine honest and always done what they could do to take care of a situation if there was a problem. It is horrible sitting here reading these negative reviews when the owners would do anything to make you stay as a customer and will always go the extra mile to get you to become a customer I ask all of you who left negative reviews have you ever had a bad day”
“I've done business with these guys numerous amounts of times, sometimes the selection can be small and sometimes the prices can be high but they're never unreasonable. It's always fair and it's always high quality items, the service there is pretty friendly too, you do have to understand it is a pawn shop there is only a limited amount of people that can help out at one time. True, sometimes it can get backed up but for the most part the people there are extremely friendly and that's one of the reasons I love coming here, talking with the everyone and shopping around too see what they have.”
