Dropped a USPS package off. Tracked and said it was never given to carrier. Store says they gave to the mail carrier it's my problem. No sense of caring at all. Avoid

Lost or stole my package, and completely unresponsive and unhelpful. ACE around the corner has USPS, and UPS and FedEx aren’t too far either - avoid this place and save yourself a lot of grief and money

Apparently a card was shipped to me using this business, Parcel Plus. The shipper was Tyler Chapman from Katy, TX and the tracking is: 9400111899561706322769hasn’t been updated since the 31st it is now Feb 6th. What’s up with that?

Really really need to update website and Google to have CORRECT open hrs for Saturday. Both website and Google have 2pm as closing time, showed up at 130 10/30 and was closed. There was a faded sign on the door that said 1:30, but 2 online. Closing time is closing time but when inaccurate info is given it can be an issue. Cost me much needed access to a package for work that now I'll be 2 days without. I don't really need much from a PMB svc, but accurate hrs of service (pickup and drop off cut off times) is about the only thing I do.

I went there to have notary for copy certification. Service was very good. I didn’t know I can send USPS certified mail in this store. Saved me a trip to USPS store.

Shipped a package to PA. I hand wrote the correct address on the package but the guy mistyped it when creating the shipping/tracking label. By the time I realized his mistake the package had been pick up. After 3 calls to USPS ( each about 40 minutes because their automated systems are horrible and it took that long just to talk to someone), I tracked it down to the post office in the wrong city. The guy at Parcel Plus said he put a "parcel intercept" on it, which USPS said was not done. He also stated that I gave him the wrong address when it was hand written on the box. Then he said the computer changed it automatically. If that was the case why didn't he notify me at the time? The first time I went back to have him fix the mistake he said the computers were down. The second time I went back he said he did the intercept, which he did not. I finally have the box being "returned to sender". If you need something shipped just go across the street to the USPS inside the Ace hardware store. They were less expensive as well.

I have come here often to use them as a UPS dropoff. I have not used their other services, but to be honest, I would. What stands out is that the man that works here is probably the nicest I've come across in all of Katy - he always has such a kind greeting and is happy to help. Kudos to him, hats off sir!
FYI, I do not work here, nor do I have a horse in the race for business. Rather, I choose to recognize extremely good service!
