Ordered something for pick up but still end up waiting for a while even though I got an email that it's ready for pick up. Kind of defeats the purpose of order for pick up for people in a rush.

this girl named abby was being rude and having attitude for no reason towards me and my mom. she looked like she wasn’t trying to help, and slowly got mad because my mom took only couple of seconds to look at the charm she wanted look, when i asked her if she was okay she said yes and left and went to cashier and stared saying stuff to her coworkers which they looked at us and told one of her coworkers to come help us instead which i don’t see what we did wrong, people like abby shouldn’t be working retail if they aren’t going to be patient & nice. but the girl that told her to help us was really sweet, kind & PATIENT.

I took my daughter in to get a bracelet. She wore it home so we didn’t take the original packaging. She wore it twice for about 20 minutes each and said it was too tight. I went back and asked if the (effectively new) bracelet could be exchanged for the next size up.The response was “no there’s no original package”. I explained we did not take anything else home. How can I return something I didn’t have in the first place? I then asked to speak with a manager and was told this person was the manager. This conversation was obviously going nowhere.Things like this really drive me nuts. I have bought many things from Pandora and for a $40 exchange they’ve now lost my business and I’m sharing my story with many others. Customer service is seriously lacking.
