They canceled my reservation without warning. When. When we arrived at the hotel, they simply apologized and said they had canceled, without any prior notice. Horrible service, terrible service and huge lack of consideration for the customer. Zero rating.

1. Checked in showered and saw an uninvited creature smashed on the restroom counter.2. Laid down watching TV not even thirty minutes later.. lamp on another uninvited creature crawled out front he head board area. That did it for me. I spoke with management about the bed bugs and other creatures....hopefully, they get it rectified. The room was nice up until that.Safety: Bugs

First of all, I think they should not allow dogs in the hotel. The dogs that were in the next rooms barked when I passed through the hallway. 2, The rooms have humidity, you could feel it in the air. 3. They never come in to clean the room or change the towel in the 3 nights I was there, I used the same towel. I think they should make that change. For the cost each night, I expected better service. At least complimentary water in the room.

We’ve been traveling lately with our two dogs and to keep from spending over $200/nt we’ve been staying in pet friendly budget hotels. This hotel was probably the best budget hotel we’ve ever stayed. We had a problem in our first room with a slight smell but they were very accommodating in moving us with no question. The room was very clean and comfortable and we liked that there were hard floors. Pretty decent free breakfast too

Update: best breakup getaway hotel. Went there and vegged out for a weekend. Staff was amazing as always ❤️Staff is so friendly!!! Happy hour was a great surprise too. The room was clean and fresh, bed was extremely comfortable, and it was in a good location. Couldn’t ask for more.Safety: Felt very safe at the hotel and in their parking lot. Well lit at night.Walkability: A couple of places nearby but is located on busy freeway feeder road.Noteworthy details: Hallways and lobby are kept cold. Very pleasant in Texas heat.

Woke up and saw something crawling on and around the headboard. Realized it was a tick. Went to the front desk to report it. Had to bang on the window to wake up the person on duty. He took my phone number and told me a manager would call. 48 hours later and 3 calls from me back still have not spoken to a manager.

Ordered room service cause my baby stained the sheets on one bed and in the other bed the sheets were stained with something brown came back at night to find out they only gave us new towels and didn’t change the sheet only made the bed. Ordered room service again and specified we wanted the sheets changed. They finally changed the sheets. Went into the restroom to brush my teeth but they left a TOILET BOWL CLEANING BRUSH over my stuff and laying in top of my toothbrush. DISGUSTING

I'm here for the weekend but the hotel so far is great. The staff are friendly and the rooms are nice and clean. Great rooms.
