Awesome place new remodeled rooms big space in the rooms and nice employees that aren’t all up in your business also an amazing breakfast! All in all I would recommend this place it’s the best bang for your buck!

I know you get what you pay for. Cheap hotel that gets the job done. Front desk guy was very nice. Check in was smooth. The room is bare bones but was clean. Bed wasn't very comfortable and there were some holes in the curtains. Exterior was ok. Washer and dryer located outside kind of made the place look trashy. Could hear the I-10 traffic in the room.Rooms: Room was small but it was clean. Had a microwave and fridge. TV was kind of small but it was ok.Safety: The location of the place didn't make me feel very safe.

This place was awesome. Clean, spacious and the front desk men are on the ball. I definitely give this place 5 stars. Breakfast was second to none. All around a good experience. Jermyn at the front desk was awesome an helped us get settled in. Great place

It was fine at first, and then everything was terrible. Roach after roach after ROACH!!!! They switched my room for it only to be MORE ROACHES. I have an allergy to roaches so, I knew everytime one was in the room because I would start itching like crazy!!!! It got so bad to the point I had to stay up all night last night just to make sure another roach wasn’t coming out and BOOM ANOTHER ONE??????? The older Indian guy (there are two) at the desk is very rude, I can’t wait until he meets his match! The ladies that work at the desk were nice and helpful. If i’m not mistaken, rooms 306-309 are running a brothel house!!! There are crackheads who are always outside on a tiny scooter making so much noise in the middle of the night like why? The location seems very unsafe because there are constantly people standing outside near your room quietly talking and it doesn’t make it better that there is no security. The Signature hotel is much better than the Boutique other than it smelling like dog piss everywhere! If you choose Palacio, please pick the Signature or take your money elsewhere!Safety: Being in Katy area, it’s not too bad but the hotel it self isn’t very safe.

Breakfast was odd. They require you check in and you are not allowed to take any food with you back to your room .
