If I could give a 0 star I would.
Rude staff. Especially the girl who worked at 11am on 7.15.24. If you don’t like your job just quit instead of slamming doors and being outright rude to guests who are coming in to actually purchase something. No wonder your google rating sucks!!!!

I got some jeans here and sweatpants they are so comfortable. The only complaint is the dressing rooms. Only one is open others are full of boxes. No locks on the doors either but the lock part isn't a big deal just need more open dressing rooms ?

Shocking!!!! Store opened 10 minutes late, an absolute mess inside and couldn’t even try things on because all of the change rooms were filled with boxes. Not coming back here, that’s for sure!

One employee working and said we couldn't get a dressing room because they can only have one person trying on cloths at a time. Meanwhile the only other person here is trying on half of the store. Thanks for NOTHING

Awful, I came to this location to return an online item, had my print out with the purchase #and the lady working didn’t want to do her job. Came up with an excuse that we “we would get a full amount cause their system is down” Had attitude the whole time, so we ended up walking out. So ridiculous!

I came to the mall thinking PacSun closes at 9pm to do a return(as said on Google), when in reality they had already closed at 8pm.

1st time coming here, I had been looking for jeans for my daughter all over the mall and I found jeans that she loved here and for a great price. The girl who helped us was amazing and helpful, she looked like she really enjoyed her job and we couldn't help to love her above and beyond customer service skills.I will definitely recommend this store to friends and family. Will be shopping here from now on.

I am a regular at this location, and for the first time ever I have received the best customer service from the manager Nina. Absolutely amazing, helped me choose through multiple outfit ideas for my daughter. And my daughter LOVED them. Saved my daughters birthday as well as helped me find the best discounted items. Give this woman a raise ! Will be returning soon

When my daughter came in we went to these racks n she found 2 things she fell in love with and then had to spend her to find the 3 and when we were checking out the lady couldn’t get off her phone she was video talking to someone on her personal phone and would not give the deal advertising will not shop here EVER
