Beautiful apartments, but customer service was awful in the leasing office. Agent was very rude to a current tenant who asked a simple question. I didn’t receive a full tour, seems like the agent didn’t really care to be there or show me around the property. Very unfortunate because I was sure this was my next home.

The maintenance team here has been much more consistent than other places I’ve lived. Austin has a great attitude, is always friendly, and gets the job done without complaints. Olympus made a good choice hiring him!

Nice place to live, affordable prices, maintenance task on time, common spaces always cleaned, easy access to IH10 and Tx99, near to gas stations, hospitals, Costco, Katy Mills Mall, schools, restaurants. Overall assessment: widely recommended

Compared to my past experiences with apartment personnel Olympus Grand Crossing has the best staff! The most helpful and memorable during my visit was Marlene; she was extremely helpful, warm and patient. The complex is beautiful and quiet! All priority when making a decision where to live.

I have had one of the best experiences here. I came in to get some information on possibly renting and Ms.Marlene was great in explaining everything of the process to me. Such a beautiful apartment complex.

For personal reasons, I have been opting for the shortest possible lease terms in Houston. My tenure at Olympus Grand Crossing was my fourth short-term lease. However, this is the first instance where I have faced such an exorbitant charge upon moving out. During the move-out inspection, no damages or issues were reported. Moreover, considering that I rented the apartment for only four months and did not possess any furniture, it is perplexing why I would be charged for painting and cleaning services. There were no damages to walls or carpet, which makes these charges seem unreasonable.

It’s been one month for me here, so far so good, I love it ? the apartments are clean, everything around me is well maintained and clean, plus the staff is friendly. My only issue so far is that their mailboxes are literally on the other side of the compound, for me it’s a very long walk and in the rain it’s a drive.

I don’t usually post reviews but I’m doing so in hopes that our situation doesn’t happen to anyone else. We moved out a month ago and throughly cleaned the apartment including the cabinets, baseboards, oven, microwave and even on top of the refrigerator. I emailed the office to ask if anything else needed to be done prior to move out besides cleaning and filling nail holes. I was told no, just turn in the keys upon move out which we did. Shortly after they sent us a bill for cleaning for $180 and for painting $190. When I called, they told me that they needed to retexture the whole apartment due to the 1/4” nail holes that were filled and paint the whole apartment. This would have been $5 in touch up paint. The bill they showed me for painting was due to foundation issues and a water leak from the roof that occurred while we were living there that they never properly repaired. They said they did not charge me the whole bill but EVERY tenant moving out has to pay $190 painting fee per year as maintenance and it’s in the lease. I asked for a copy of the signed lease and they sent me a blank notice with no details of this. I asked to speak to Lucy the supervisor and they said she would not be available for a month. You cannot reach anyone at corporate, I had to go through billing. They ended up reducing the cleaning fee by 75% but that was it. I called HQ in Fort Worth and then Lucy finally called me, they lied and she was actually available. Well, that got us nowhere. She as well said these are fees that every tenant pays as part of normal maintenance. I told her I was willing to be reasonable and pay for the can of spray texture and touch up paint but not to retexture the whole apartment and paint due to their normal expenses. So be aware that they can make up charges and you’ll likely get these charges if you make the mistake to rent here. We ended up paying the bill as not to ruin our credit but wanted to leave an honest review.
