Noah, and the other employees at the Office Depot Print and Copy Center (Katy, TX 77494) have consistently provided excellent customer service, going above and beyond in communication and quality of work. The turn-around time on services has been quick too.

Thank you Jason and the trainee for helping print my daughter's project on a holiday. I called FedEx print shop to inquiry with them, based on the interaction with the female employee over the phone I went straight to OfficeMax. Her miserable attitude prevailed in the conversation and that is what made me never want to use them again.Thank you Jason for 13 years of professionalism.

Came to buy Parker pen. Asked 2 associates for help and both were over there. Asked what kind of refill ink I need. I don’t know. I opened box and opened pen and there is what kind of ink refill you need. No common sense or urgency to assist. They are train to say over there and I don’t know

The printing is super slow when Jason is there; I waited almost 40 minutes to print 2 pages and he was extremely rude. I appreciate the service when the lady is there, she's a sweetheart and very knowledgeable.

They do not produce product you have prepaid for online in a timely fashion. Update: Nanette Bowen reached out to me to solve the issue and make it right. Not many companies would do that. I'm impressed.

Online shopping is terrible. If you print your order details the print is too small to read yet a 2 item order takes 3 pages to print. I selected to pick up my order but one item was only available online. This was not clearly noted on the website so my toner will arrive the day after the meeting for which I need to print reports. People in the store had zero suggestions to help other than call customer service.

Company has no competition which is evidenced by their high prices.Company's used printer cartridge return rewards program has many rules i.e.:Turn in 5 - used cartridges x 2.00 = $10.00 reward, but wait:You have to make at least $10.00 in new purchases that can't be paid for with any previously earned rewards. Thus, you have to spend $20.00 to receive your used cartridge turn in rewards. They will accept/keep your used cartridge turn ins, but no rewards will be issued and they will keep your cartridges unless you follow these (in my opinion) unreasonable rules.

This location handles all of my business printing needs. The service is always professional and friendly but today they went above and beyond. I had a last minute order for an event today at 9 am. I placed the order late last night and arrived at the store shortly after opening. Jason in the copy center processed the order for me while I waited. It took less than 10 minutes and I was able to arrive at the event on time. I really appreciate their help and friendly service!
