These guys hustle (like in a good way)! I had a screw in my tire that I had previously bought from them. They got it in and patched in a timely manner. They were all very nice and friendly service. I will return.

Always enjoy my experience at NTB Katy. The guys at the front give exceptional customer service. The Manager is always available and thorough with communication. The process is always fast and headache free!! Definitely recommend if you are near the Cinco Ranch area. This team will make sure you get taken care of❤️

Amazing service every single time! Jimmy is great, he has a genuine personality and he makes me laugh. There’s another gentleman there that always rings me up, his name is escaping me! It might need Gary? He’s the best! So sweet and kind. My car is in good hands with NTB Katy on Westheimer Parkway!
