I highly recommend NerdsToGo in Katy. I brought my desktop into the store, they repaired it and had it back to me the next day - at a very reasonable price. I'll be using them again!

I had a computer problem that Nerds To Go was able to resolve remotely and they didn't charge me for it. I have used them several times in the past and always get satisfactory service. I highly recommend them for any computer problems you might experience.

I had a technical issue with my Wifi set up in my home. The tech, Deke was able to get us up and running in our trouble spots in no time. Easy to work with and inexpensive compared to other tech support options in the area. Will use again if needed and will recommend!

I was very nervous about bringing my work computer in and knowing it had to be wiped made it nerve racking. They were very professional and talked me through the back up process and had my computer fixed in a day. I will use them for all of my IT needs in the future.

Jordan was here about an hour and a half. He was able to address all the issues with my HP computer and printer. He was extremely knowledgeable as well as thorough. He fixed ALL the problems and gave me some great information about my computer.

Terrible service. Tried to get my laptop fixed and they never told me that I would end up with a Franken-laptop and no original part replaced. I brought in a ThinkPad carbon x1 with Windows 10 Pro, 16 gig ram, and 1T SSD. I was told first the motherboard wasn't working and then after the replacing motherboard the SSD memory card doesn't work. After everything was replaced I was told that the wifi card doesn't work. Pretty much the entire internal computer components were changed besides the cooling fan. When I came and picked it up, I kept finding out one by one things weren't done up to standards and was getting lesser of a computer than originally dropped off. I had to question about it to find out that I was getting half of everything a 8 gig ram instead of 16, half the memory ssd, and to top it all off a non licensed windows 11 home edition on it. Precious data from the previous memory card couldn't even be extracted as a minimum requirement I ask for and was assured that at the minimum that could have been done. I wish I was consulted about all of this before the work was completed. I was absolutely shocked at the poor level of service I got. The owner was respectful, but had the audacity to blame the technician working on it who weren't present at the time and bared no responsibility. He even said that he had to make a profit somehow adding on the fees. They didn't even offer to waive any fees and I ended up leaving there with nothing bc there was no use at that point leaving with a shell of a laptop. After over a month of working with these folks on a $1,600 laptop, I'm down -$99 and without any laptop computer. It's insulting that they turned a $1,600 laptop into a $400 laptop and tried to pass it off to me. I get that some things are out of their control, but you can't put someone's computer together without consulting them the full detail of what they are getting. If I didn't ask the questions I asked, I would have paid in full and taken it home not knowing any better until I get windows error messages harassing me to type in a product key. Not thrill with their service at all and I can't recommend this place to anyone from what I experienced. I almost had these folks build computers for my business.

Your computer company additional warranty that you can go purchase online right now, is cheaper than the diagnosis cost. It will cover everything. I wish I had known this! I took my laptop in to be repaired and they mistakenly replaced the screen with the wrong screen. My receipt showed the wrong model, but they wouldn’t admit fault or fix the issue. Sent it to Lenovo and got it fixed properly. Turned out the motherboard had a short that was not diagnosed as well. I highly recommend looking into your warranty before stopping here. Lenovo fixed it within days and everything is correct now.

I started coming to them little more then a year and they are great. They have fast turn around on repairs inexpensive and quality work. They have rebuilt 6 pc for us so far. I recommend them to anyone who needs work done on there computer's.
