They did not accept a return of a shoe. And accused me of "wearing the shoes" and returning them. May be he does it (they do) and projection might be strong, Dont know why Nautica employs such people. So I told him to throw it in the trash and will never return.I'm sure he kept it for himself lol, easy money, right?

The quality of clothes is great however the customer service in the store is poor. Today I visited the store only to be greeted my a young man, with an attitude, who was unwilling to help. I asked for the district manager or store manager information and he immediately said he didnt know their name and cant find any information. The only female associate was very patronizing. She tried to cover up her rudeness, unlike the other guy at the register. If you like to give your money to disrespectful reps, then by all means, go. But I will not return or give another dollar to this brand.

I would like to file a complaint regarding the MK Katy Mills store manager Ronnie. The issue was he denied the promotion he had told me on the 11/19/2019 8:00pm. On 11/19/19 around 8pm, I personally carried a signature MK zip tote to him and ask him this handbag's promotion. He told me it is 70% off, plus 20% off, and if I spend more than $500, I will get an extra 25% off and this promotion will be ended by 11/20/19. Omg...... people were buying 3 and 4 purses at a time.... the place was very crowded but there were helpers on the floor, so the check out went pretty fast. The checkers were very friendly. You can’t beat the prices.....
