The office staff at Montage at Cinco Ranch is amazing. Jordon has made the move in process seamless, and has been a tremendous help. The apartments are beautiful, and it’s a great community. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to live on this part of town.

If you rent a studio, say goodbye to hot water and hot showers. I went a whole year without a hot shower. Never any steam. Slightly warm at best.

I'm back! I'm so excited to return to Montage at Cinco Ranch! I had a wonderful experience 7 years ago and I haven't had an experience like this since I've moved. Not only is Montage a great community, this area of Katy is also amazing. I'm glad to call Montage at Cinco Ranch home again!

Bad experience when we vacated the apartment. They overcharged us $137.45/- for water charges. Suddenly my monthly bill from avg of $37/- went up to $137.45/-
After 3 months of follow up calls & two visits management did not sort the issue.
It appears, they want us to get frustrated and give up. We had $200/- deposit, to avoid refund they overcharged us.
Few other bad experiences.
Once you signed the contract, expect rent increase every year. It is like a trap while the new comers gets better rates.
The person staying right above my apartment kept making noise in the middle of night. After 2 complains nothing was done.
Trash rules keep changing, after paying for the services we had to comply to their changing demands.
In the Gym, it is clearly written children below 16 not allowed but you will always find them abusing equipment and making noise.
Many times, we found outsiders using the gym and indoor basketball facility without booking it or leaving on time.
The location is good and close to good school zone was the only reason we got stuck there.

Montage has great security and proven set of guidelines.
Awesome place to stay and life here will be very beautiful, you will have all the facilities and maintanence is perfectly on hand and quick.
