“Khalid and his manager Kevin were outstanding. Came in looking to switch to my own plan and upgrade my phone- long story short there was some system error (out of their control). They continued to work tirelessly for OVER 3 hours to help me (even into their lunch break). Everything worked out and I walked out happy on a new/ less expensive plan and a better phone. Couldn’t be more thankful for the entire staff for helping out and doing it with a smile the entire time, even though the system was terribly frustrating to deal with. They tend to be a busy location but the employees really take their time with the customers to ensure they’re cared for from beginning to end.”

Carlos helped me disable the stolen phone, activate a new phone and then took the time to transfer all my data from my iPad to my new phone!!
