The worst car wash , in Katy TX . They charge you for a single wash, and they dont clarify that cars with Antenna won't be wash at the top this is ridiculous. -1 in customer service and attention . And no money back inaceptable .

The worst Customer Service experience I’ve ever had in my life.
The worker tried to push me on buying a membership. I said no thank you I’m not interested. I would just like the cheapest wash that includes an undercarriage wash as I have just drove back from a state where there was salt brine all over the road he then directed me to the $14 wash I asked him if that wash includes a undercarriage wash. He said yes I get my wash. I’m vacuuming the truck and I noticed that my truck has hardly been washed and I thought to myself wow I better make sure the undercarriage got sprayed. I look at my frame and undercarriage to see that it is completely dry besides, where water has run down from the body. I finish vacuuming and then I get back in line to let them know my under care has not been sprayed. They then tell me they’ll have to ask the manager. I hear him tell him something to the manager about how I didn’t want to buy a membership. The manager comes over and tells me there’s nothing he can do. His hands are tied no re-washes for nonmembers. I tell him I didn’t get what I paid for so how can I not be taken care of? He proceeds to tell me if I had a membership. It would be a different story and he could help me out. I tell him I used to have a membership, but I stopped my membership when the employee stopped actually doing anything with washing the truck before entering the wash. He then tells me why there’s nothing he can do I cannot get a rewash unless I have a membership I again say I don’t even care if my truck gets re-washed I just want the undercarriage sprayed. I never once complained about how terrible of a job the wash itself did as my truck was still clearly dirty. He starts telling me that the undercarriage probably did get sprayed, but it only sprays the very middle of the vehicle to which (a clear lie) I reply so only the middle of the vehicle gets sprayed not the frame rails and he says yeah (lies to me again) so I get out of my truck and I say look under here with me as we look at the underneath of my truck absolutely nothing has been sprayed or washed. The only areas that had any water on them at all was from drip down from the body. It was clear to anyone that looks at it the frame had not been sprayed anywhere at all. He then tells me he will give me a basic wash for free the $10 wash (I paid for the $14 originally) and says, but it does not include an undercarriage spray. This is obviously an issue because the undercarriage spray was the only thing I cared about.
We went back and fourth for a little while longer as he again is refusing to make things right for what I paid for. I start to become irritated as the manager is getting an attitude and no longer keeping eye contact so I say never mind you aren’t willing to help me so I will never be back and get in my truck and leave.
As I was backing out to leave I see them smiling and laughing with each other.
Both the employee and the manager had zero interest in helping me with a undercarriage spray that I specifically paid for a wash for they both only cared about selling a membership. They were both smug, rude, and quite possibly racist from the way they were treating me and looking at me.
I will never return to a Mister Car Wash anywhere in the nation.

The smug employee was Kenneth as it states on the receipt.
I did not get the manager‘s name nor did he want to share it with me.
I run a company myself and this is no way to treat customers.
If this were my company, I would fire both employees involved effective immediately for the way I was treated absolutely an acceptable behavior.

These guys rock. I drive my newer GMC 2500 thru often...many times >1 a day. I drive backrooms daily and these guys help ensure my new truck appears clean and tidy...which is a direct representation of how I run my small business.

I always remind the employees to pressure wash my truck before I enter the car wash, but my truck still doesn't get cleaned properly and they only spray one side of truck! Also, I have multiple scratches on my truck from this car wash and I believe their machine misses the mark. The vacuums are also in bad condition, and the customer service is poor. I've decided to cancel my membership today because I don’t see any value in this carwash at all.
