First time and last time to take my truck. They did a diagnostic and said it was my fuel pump and wanted to charge me close to $1,000. I told them to let me think about it and they charged me $248.00 for the diagnostic. Went to another garage and they charged $200.00 to change the fuel pump. When they changed the fuel pump, truck would crank and would not start. The same problem before, mechanic told me that maybe the fuel pump that I purchased was defective. So, I return fuel pump, and mechanic buys a fuel pump and installs. Still the same issue. Took vehicle back to Clutch Automotive and told them the problem. They come back and said they would have to drop the tank and see about the wiring, and it would be $500.00 plus. Kevin the manager charges me again a diagnostic for $148.00 snd still have the same problem. Now other mechanic said it might be the fuse box. Change fuse box and now truck runs fine. Looking in You Tube all dodges have this problem. I know they would have said the Fuse Box needs to be changed and the fuel pump also need to be replaced. Bottom line the Fuel Pump never needed replace. Prayed for 2 Dianostic for nothing and changed the fuel pump twice and payed for towing. This place will rip you off. Be cafeful they will take advantage of you.

We just moved to Texas and needed our car looked at. This by far is one of the best car places we have ever been to. From thr start they were super and very knowledgeable! We truly appreciate their help with it car and we will be using them in the future!

I've been a customer since 2009--long before this was Clutch Automotive. I'm happy that the staff, for the most part, has remained the same. (Though I do miss Frank!) However, Kevin is the face of this shop and literally what sells the place. The mechanics do incredible work and Kevin is always so patient and welcoming. I'm an inquisitive person by nature, so I like to know the how and why behind what makes things work/not work in my car. Kevin always does a great job explaining things to me in layman's terms. If he ever leaves, I probably will as well! ;) Just kidding! I also found the two new gentlemen at the front desk very knowledgeable and helpful. No negativity to the young woman who was there in the past, but she wasn't very personable, was frequently on her phone each time I came in, and didn't seem very knowledgeable when I inquired about various car issues. I was happy to see two, new front desk gentlemen who were actively speaking to customers and taking questions.

I’m always happy with the service here. I called, they said come in, I got there in 30 minutes and in about 30 minutes I was done and on my way home.
