Fake products. They try and sell you $4-7000 product then all of a sudden you're being sold a bunch of skin care stuff. I went in for a $60 facial and ended up getting cajoled into a $4000 Purchase for non surgical facelift in yet to experience.

I drove all the way in from the city to check this place out and had such a bad experience. Product needing to go out sat in boxes and three employees stood around the register talking to one another. I wasn't even acknowledged until I walked directly in front of them and nobody asked me for help. I was interested in the Jo Malone products and would've loved some assistance in choosing a full size fragrance but even when picking up boxes directly next to the register, the employees ignored me. I would've loved to get Tom Ford products but again, I needed help and they didn't seem interested. The mall wasn't even closing for another hour so there was no reason for this.As far as stock, it's 90% old Mac and Smashbox and Glamglow and everything is kind of messy. I will definitely not be coming back.

The hours say closing at 8 PM! d*** d*** assholes already got the store closed! stay true to the hours are listed on the website. Don't close because some people too lazy to stay open

So frustrated ... purchased two items at the San Marcos Store last week. Turned out that the colors are totally wrong for my skin tone. I have the receipt and I called the store. They said they wouldn't exchange the products 'cause I didn't buy from them. I would think The Cosmetics Company Store would help one another. I don't recommend this establishment.

I love this store and everything about it! Every time I come in here the workers are always so kind and helpful! The sales are unbeatable and there is always a great selection to choose from! They helped me find my foundation shade and talked me into buy other products also! I was shocked when I saw Jo Malone and Tom Ford fragrances at 40% off! Unbelievable!! I can't give this store enough stars!

I don't know what happened with the original workers at this place. But I had a terrible experience with service last night. My friend and I walked in and went to the perfume section which was right next to the cash register. There were 3 workers right by us, just chatting away about nonsense. One was even sitting on the counter, with no care in the world. It was obvious that we needed help. Not once did they look over and ask if we needed assistance. They just continued their conversations- it was like we were an inconvenience to them. When I finally decided to ask for help, one of the employees replied, "yeah, what's up?" Excuse me? LOL I was shook! Upon ringing me up, 2 workers still continued their conversation. One worker stood so close to us, you would probably think they're with us. This place used to be super professional with the workers, but I don't know what the person in charge of hiring was thinking when they hired the three people who were working on 3/4/22, Friday evening. But these 3 workers are not going to stop me from getting a huge deal on perfumes. If you pride customer service, do not come here.

Great cosmetic company in most of the shopping malls. They have a lot of Great brands as Tomford, Clinic's...The price is very affordable and almost half price of original one. The staffs are so helpful. They always ask to see if you need anything whenever you come into their front door. They are also very active and friendly. Highly recommend to everyone who needs cosmetic for your makeup.

I've purchase once in store and purchased over the phone once. Both were very pleasant experiences. Each store employee who I worked with was very friendly and helpful. It's a great place to buy Estee Lauder brands at a significant discount plus they ship from store!
