Probably the worst set of nails I’ve ever had. They gave me an inexperienced nail tech (who made several mistakes during the process. She had to redo three nails) and my nails still didn’t last a week, they literally broke off while I was on vacation.
Pedicure was solid but please get your nails done somewhere else.

Wow, one of the worst manicures I ever had. Even it's their basic manicure, you'd think they'd put some effort into it. The polish didn't even last a day before cracking. My friend and I left the salon with uneven coats of polish and bubbles. I was waiting to see if the staff would notice but they must've not cared even if they did. Now I regret tipping them as much as I did because it was honestly not worth it. I could paint better at home. My hands felt more dry leaving than it did coming in. The staff were polite and their salon was clean, I'll give them that. But the end product was not good. I was just ready to get out of there. I've been to other Milano Nail Salons before and this is probably the worst location.

Each time I walked in (I went a total of three times) the man who I assume is the manager greeted me very unprofessionally and rudely. Almost like I was bothering him by coming in asking to get my nails done. The latest and final time I went in, he asks me “can I help you?” followed by “you have an appointment, right”. Not once in my prior times did staff mention to me that I needed an appointment and since most nail salons accept walk-ins, I didn’t think anything of it. I’m immediately taken aback at the coldness but chalk it up to maybe it’s just his personality. Not five minutes pass and a white woman walks in (presumably with an appointment) and his tone completely changes. She’s greeted with the warmest “Hello!” by the man and the treatment is night and day. When my manicurist begins being rude to me by pointing at my finger repeatedly asking me “what do you want me to do about that?” I finally have enough and speak up and ask them do I need an appointment because the treatment that I’m getting versus the other woman is night and day. She was asked whether she wanted a drink, I never was offered anything. Even for my pedicure I wasn’t even asked what package I wanted. These are all standard practices, they just wanted me out the door as soon as possible and it was obvious. They of course pretend to not know what I’m talking about and the first man comes over to me with a smirk saying that they do work by appointments and only take one walk-in per hour and that they basically have been doing me a favor. Not once was this ever communicated to me and had I known that was their protocol I would have made one. But he never apologized for his continuous cold treatment or rudeness. I was so upset that I ended up leaving in the middle of my manicure. Whether it’s a problem they have with other minorities or customers just not having an appointment, I will never be back. Having an appointment shouldn’t dictate how you treat a paying customer, especially if you never say to them that you require one.

I had a wonderful,relaxing experience at the salon! The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and personable. I really enjoyed my visits. Finally, and most important, was the impeccable customer service and I would highly recommend them!!

I’ve been getting my nails done here for years and have yet to be disappointed. Everyone is very kind and professional. MiMi is my absolute fav! She listens to what you want and pays close attention to details as well she is very honest if something simply can’t be done. I moved out of Katy almost a year ago to the Galleria area and am surrounded by many nail salons but simply can’t imagine going anywhere else than Milano Katy!

I highly do not recommend this salon as the workers at this salon are very unprofessional and unfriendly and treat clients very poorly. They gave me a very bad manicure. At the same time, they cut the cuticles in several places so that there would be blood. However, they did not apologize.

If you looking for a very professional, clean, and caring lash tech look no further book with Tiffany!!!! I think I have tried all different styles of lashes and she perfected them all! Need I mention that she does the best facials around. She gives very good information and suggestions of face care routine, and skin care products.She’s very passionate in what she does and makes sure you leave satisfied every time!!!!
